HOTEL VILVAAS

We , 4 family members , stayed at this hotel last week for a day in 2 double rooms. The rooms are spacious and neat whereas the dining area and hand wash area in the rooftop needs more attention and finally the food served was pathetic and most of the items in the menu was unavailable

The hotel is in a good location, they have good rooms and a restaurant on the top floor. However, the restaurant switched our veg order to non veg after a mix up and confusion due to shortage of staff on Christmas. We didn't mind since we are not vegetarians, but if we were then it would've been a huge problem. The food was good. The reception helped get an outstation taxi who provided amazing service. Overall, a good experience.

We stayed in a deluxe double bedroom for 2600 per night. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even had a separate space for changing and vanity, which was a great addition. However, the biggest drawback was the bathroom--it was outdated and in dire need of renovation. If not for that, the stay would have been perfect. Overall, I'd rate it 8/10.

The room was good, but Dining area / resturant is in pretty bad shape. The hotel roof top is covered with green sheet to create Dining area, dust is loudly visible on roof and walls. Staff is courteous and humble.

Rooms were clean ,staff were polite and attentive.There is an additional changing room near the bathroom which is very convenient.Room service was good,the ambience of the roof top restaurant was good and the food was great. Only the bathroom needs serious upgradation it does not match the room, some parts were leaky and unclean.

Located in prime location and close to Meenakshi temple. Rooms are well maintained and cozy. Restaurant food is very good too. Staff were very polite and had assisted us with patience. We had requested several things and the staff have helped. After checkout I had called the hotel saying that I forgot my charger in the room. Staff were very helpful and even sent it in courier to my place.

I recently stayed at Hotel Vilvaas with my family for 2 days, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was welcoming and professional, and check-in was quick. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed incredibly comfortable. The highlight was the rooftop restaurant, offering delicious food with a variety of options, including a well-stocked breakfast buffet with many vegetarian choices. The hotel's location was also ideal. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for budget-friendly family accommodations in madurai

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience after checkout was disappointing. I accidentally left my shoes behind and contacted the property to retrieve them. While the staff confirmed they had my shoes, they quoted an excessive courier fee of Rp1700 to send them to Thambaran Travel Agency, despite my driver estimating the cost at around Rp150. We were willing to pay Rp500 (including transport fees) to cover the cost, but we received no response from the property. Eventually, we had to ask a friend to visit the hotel, collect the shoes, and send them via courier. We paid him Rp500, and he successfully sent the shoes. To make matters worse, the hotel handed the shoes to someone without notifying me first. I'm quite disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and transparency from the hotel. This situation could have been handled much better.
