I recently stayed at Nook Hotel in Madurai, conveniently located near the railway station's West Gate. My experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms, though compact, were neat, clean, and well-maintained. The room service was prompt, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. The hotel also features a restaurant on the 4th floor, where the food was delicious and satisfying. While the car parking area is a bit limited, it's still manageable for most vehicles. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its prime location--it offers easy access to the railway station, Periyar bus stand, and the famous Meenakshi Amman Temple. It's an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers.

The room and washroom was neatly maintained, but too small to be described as 3-star. Staff service was prompt and friendly. Breakfast buffet was average. Negatives for us were - only ambient lighting and no white light, giving headache due to lack of light, as the room is not well lit - The washroom remained wet due to lack of ventilation - AC was noisy - very small room , no space to move around

I have taken a premium AC room at a premium price. But the overall experience was very poor. Noisy fan, room next to main road(very high noise), no proper resolution by reception desk when asked for room change.

Hotel The Nook is located on a busy road, so this has some advantages like being able to flag down a tuk tuk. On the flip side is that you will be able to hear the beeping from the vehicles on the road in your room. It's not too disruptive though something to note if you like total silence when sleeping. Checking in is quick and easy and you're greeted with fresh watermelon juice upon arrival. A lovely touch. The rooms are of good size and bathrooms are also good. There is good water pressure on the shower along with instant hot water if you need it. There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan for your comfort. An in room safe is available, as well as a tv. There is a restaurant on level 4 that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner if you require it. A decent good value hotel.

Room facilities were good. Rooms are too small. Bathroom fittings needs to be changed. Centralized ac. For one night stay it's perfect. Public transportation is available. Staffs are very humble. Restaurant was very good.

Hotel staff is very polite and friendly... Budget friendly hotel and restaurant is at 4th floor.i was a pleasant stay ..

Overall, a nice stay ! Jivan was very kind and helpful :) Great location. The rooms are nice but a little bit small.
