Hotel Tamilnadu

We booked two twin bed rooms for three days in the first week of January. Hotel rooms are spacious . They don't provide tea bags even. Only complimentary water bottles . Rooms won't be cleaned daily if you don't demand. Lot of mosquitoes inside so you have to save yourself. The restaurant is pathetic. Complimentary breakfast is just namesake. Restaurant team is not at all responsive. Overall occupancy level in the hotel was also low. Atmosphere was dull. The hotel location is also not great, there is no market or restaurant you will find nearby. Overall it was a poor stay and not recommended at the given price rate.

Nice hotel with neat n clean rooms, lot of parking space and kids play area. We booked deluxe ac room, room was quite enough with all basic amenities. Food quality is amazing, I was not expecting such a good taste and quality. Staff is very polite and helpful.

We had a very good experience at TTDC Tamilnadu, Unit 2. We just had a day's stay. Property is huge with clean rooms and restaurant. Large Parking available and staff is supportive.

I went to this hotel on 20 November. Booked 2 Double deluxe rooms. They gave me 2 large rooms, newly built. Absolutely clean and fresh feel. Room number 111 and 210.||Very large rooms, one changing room attached. Service is nice, limited options though in the restaurant. It is a problem with whole Madurai not just this place. But whatever was there was tasty. It is close to Meenakshi temple and even more close to Railway station. No complaint what so ever. Very good.

I stayed here for a night, staff is helpful. While returning from temple it was late 10pm, I called Hotel Manager Mr. Sateesh and he acknowledged promptly my request for late dinner. It does have enough parking space. Food was simple and tasty. Place is calm and peaceful from crowd near temple. Autos are available to temple in range of 150-200 rupees. Thanks TTDC.

Hi I am Parivash from Canada, I frequently travel to madurai and always try to stay in Hotel Tamilnadu Madurai Unit2. Because of lonely planet aevise last time. I was here in 2023 ane this time in february2025 I saw on big difference which I did not notice before everything in the rooms were changed including beds, bathroom, toilet services, it was amazing to see so much difference. As a whole the place is very clean and convenient with friendly and professional staff. Above all which is missing in other hotels. The manager is very very kind and accommodative. The food is extra special and healthy and the restaurant absolutely clean. I would highly recommended foreigners and native visitors to madurai stay in this hotel tamilnadu madurai 2. Thanks

Wow What did we find. Prime location opposite to marriott,clean room, great food, great service, Ample parking space, kids play area, spacious room. Service by manager Suresh and Selvi was unforgettable.

Very nice experience. The rooms very neat and clean the meals are always freshly prepared. The team is doing an excellent job along with Satish the manager. Good luck keep it up.
