Hotel Supreme

No clean bedsheets, floors or bathroom buckets . Roaches and cockroaches seen on floors. No hot water till 6 am due to which our Darshan got delayed . Even the hot water was not enough . Once it was famous but management has to maintain enough cleanliness to get back famous again .

- Staffs are least bothered about their customers. I was late by an hour, but the time i reached the hotel, receptionist has went on his lunch. I totally understand. But after multiple follow ups also he is not ready to come and do my check-in formalities. He showed up after an hour and the care taker is not ready to call him over phone also. Customer is paying for the room, it's not a favor that hotel is doing to the customer. - Housekeeping staff to properly do their job. While giving the key, management should make sure if the room and washroom is properly cleaned or not. I could see yellow color stains below the commod. Dirty! I even doubt if the bedsheets are changed periodically? - TV wont work till night. If you see behind the TV and bed, it's all mud. No proper cleaning is done! Customers are paying for the room. It's the management responsibility to make sure everything is proper.

Worst stay ever!!! Trust me, please do not book this hotel. The rooms are small, and the bed was dirty with some insects. The electrical boards, plumbing is extremely old. We couldn't put the charge in socket for long time. Hot water provided only from 6-8am via centralized system, so guess if its really hot?! They provided a very thin blanket so that we don't lower AC temperature. The wifi did not work for half day.. We persistently reached the manager to sort it. Exhaust fan in washroom doesn't work, no ventilation. No tissue roll in bathroom, no bisleri bottle! They just provided 2 medimix soaps in the name of toiletries.

Only good thing about this place was the location near to station. Staff is not very cooperative. Toilet comode had stains and the jet spray was broken and not in working condition, WiFi is a scam- it's on open network without password and internet doesn't work, tv doesnt work, hot water there is timing so I had to take cold shower . That atleast is manageable. Worst is there was drinking water in water jar . I opened it and saw dust particles and the water drinking glass kept in room had so much dust inside I was disgusted, i didn't bother cleaning it instead had to buy drinking water bottles, the drinking water in room looked like was changed months ago. Bed was good had good sleep but since it's near to road side early morning so much traffic noise couldn't sleep . Overall I only stayed here out of necessity. If you have choice to make please don't come here without checking room. The staff is not helpful at all, housekeeping people are like they are customers. Totally worst service for the money I paid.

Iam an IT profession I am stayed in lot of hotels but never seen this type of hotel worst attitude of the person in reception. 0 clenaess in room shower not working please see toilet photo of that room while requesting to clean they ask us to need to inform earlier even booked the hotel before 12 hrs. On the same road lots of good hotel there don't select or stay this hotel.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in. Rat drops smell in corridor, AC not working, hotels in bedhseets, filthy bathroom with cockroaches roaming around. Uncouth staff with no sense of service. Please avoid this hotel if you can.

One of the worst hotel I had ever stayed. I stayed in this Hotel for 3 days for my official purpose . Receptionist doesn't know how to Greet customers, they behave like they owns the town. They will not respect their customers. Also the room wasn't great, washroom is not hygiene and bathing mug was broken, we can't change AC temperature and adjust TV volume. If we mistakenly left our key inside the room, they will ask us to wait for minimum 1hr and they'll shout at the end. Also the room costs almost equal to 3 or 4 star Hotel. (I paid almost 8k for 3 days) Note - I'm writing this only because these things are happened to me no any other personal reasons.

Terrible experience! Roof top hotel is closed for a long time now, but they don't inform you about it. Seems like they never clean the rooms. Washroom is pathetic! AC condition is the worst you can ever see. Wifi does not work, on enquiring about it they don't have any reply. The place smells fowl and they don't have even an air freshner. Location is ok, parking place is dirty as well and not maintained.
