Hotel Rathna Residency Madurai

Very poor service. Breakfast:- no options only when the hotel is full options will be given. Dosa will be provided as per the hotel choice. Hotel toilet :- flesh system not in condition. Hot water will be provided only on request. Room cleaning:- only on request.

We stayed here for 2days 1 night Service is top notch, you will be getting all the help within few min. Morning breakfast is complementary, they have a buffet service and provide southindian variety along with oats , milkshakes watermelon juice, bread etc Location: walkable from Madurai railway station Overall it was a great stay for us as a family. Rooms: 1 room 2 person allowed , extra person bed is provided charges been taken Room service is available 24*7 covers everything includes cleaning food & snack services

I have been a regular customer of Rathna Residency, Madurai, for many years, but my recent experience on 02/03/25 left me deeply disappointed. Before starting my journey, I personally called the hotel and confirmed a deluxe room booking for my family. The staff who answered the call recognized me as a regular guest and promised that the room would be ready. However, when I reached the hotel at exactly 2 AM midnight with my wife and children, the reception staff denied any booking in my name. Despite explaining everything, the staff spoke rudely and showed no interest in helping a regular customer who arrived with his family at such a late hour. I was left standing helpless at 2 AM midnight with my wife and children, who were scared and confused, all because of the hotel's poor coordination and rude behaviour. This was not just a service failure -- it was a complete disrespect towards a loyal customer and his family. I am writing this so that other families are aware and do not have to face such humiliation and discomfort, especially during odd hours. Wrost service by the employees. No respect to Guest. Even we ask food hey are behaving like rowdies. They don't tell the charges and they charge for kids when we are asked for bill. Better to avoid this hotel .

Good hotel located in heart of Madurai city close to Railway station and Meenakshi Amman temple.Neat rooms, great service

No power back up, 6 times power cut , rooms are dark even during day, ac is kept in one corner near toilet, no ac feel, staff service so bad

Room good but room service very poor I stayed on 7th sept. There is no room service person only the lady with labour job. We asked for hot water in morning they give me a night earlier and said no cattle or something when i drink in next morning too much smell. Not worthy with amount. Main thing is Behaviour of night staff is so rude not know how to talked. Disrespectful

I had stayed here recently, the service and the facilities are very good. The buffet break fast served was tasty and with enough choices. Mr. Paul Muthuraj who assisted me on reservation and other process was very helpful. The whole tram was helpfull and the hospitality received was outstanding. Will definitely stay here on our next stay, Thank you ALL
