Wonderful Hotel with all good amenities. Good service in all aspects. We had two rooms and budget friendly. Good closet areas, fabulous AC and beds. Thanks Hotel pearls :)

It felt like a complete waste. Not all the guests came to visit my room. It was a very hard and unpleasant experience

Centrally located and walking distance from Madurai Junction Railway station and Periyar Bus terminus. Meenakshi Amman Temple is also in close proximity.Excellent 5G WIFI and large self contained rooms.Excellent Vegetarian and Non- Vegetarian restaurants within walking distance.

Worst experience ever. Rooms were worst. No proper maintenance, not customer friendly Nothing to say about service because it was ultimately bad. Washrooms and buckets were utter failure. No proper cleaning after check out or before check in. Overall very bad experience

Pathetic room service No cleanliness No basic services like soaps towels drinking water, blanket. Uncleaned toilet, smelly room, they don't even maintain them. Room condition was pathetic, cockroaches and other numerous bugs. They didn't provide toiletries until we asked. The staffs were not cooperative. Totally a disaster. One star is Also not worth

Hotel staff are very courteous. Provided necessary guidance on local sightseeing and transport.

I used to book here because it was an ok stay within the budget. But it was a terrible experience this time. Uncleaned toilet, smelly room, they don't even maintain them. Room condition was pathetic, cockroaches and other numerous bugs. They didn't provide toiletries until we asked. And they didn't not provided the gst bill evwn after asking. The staffs were not cooperative. Totally a disaster.
