Hotel Palace

No 1 fraud hotel manager. Initially check in check out out times are clearly explained, any by the time we check out started asking to pay extra day. Even though time was previously informed, and they agreed. Even the hotel stall also pretend the same. Never choose thiw hotel, high price and rats in ac and cockroaches on bed , too worst. Charged 3000/ day.

Yesterday, I went hotel palace. It's looks great and also luxury rooms available in affordable price. Especially, hotel manager Mr.shivaram and his hospitality was amazing. Overall great experience to stay!...

Frauds, they show me two rooms and its ok, but when we came up with luggages they give another room and the ac is not working. No 1 frauds. Dont go here.

Totally waste of money. Very very rude manager. Not cleaning daily. No complements except water and soap. Not even a towel they provide. Water stagnation problem at bathroom. No roomboy available. When asked for cleaning room they offered to clean it at 10 pm. While complained about it to one senior staff, he is really very rude. Not recommended at all. Very high fare for the place.

Biggest pro is that the hotel is in walking distance to the temple. However be prepared to deal with a very rude manager at the reception who is out to scam guests into accepting lower priced rooms than the price paid online. Bed sheets are not very clean. No hot water available. Very difficult to reach the hotel with a car due to the traffic and small roads, however parking is available next to the hotel.

The room was nice and clean, but it was extremely overpriced, it felt like robbery! Moreover, the door lock never worked properly.

Hotel is at a walking distance to Temple. Manager shri Pratap is very cooperative and helpful. Rooms are compact but enough for two persons. We stayed for a day in February, 2025 South Indian restaurant pure wage restaurant is adjustant to hotel. Hotel is approved SBI holiday home.
