Hotel Padmam Madurai

One of the worst property i ever stayed . No parking . Had to park at a distant place at a pay and park and spent more . It was like a shopping complex and it is in front of a garbage dump. The main road to the property is too small. Bed sheets had stains and curtains too. The bathroom/toilet had a very bad smell and was not able to use. When complained to the staff they responded saying that all their bedsheets and curtains are like that and even if they change the sheets it would be the same. We literally ran out of the place to another nearby one and they where also ok with it like it was happening to them regularly. It was as if they expected it. I won't suggest it for families or couples. Giving it 1 star because not able to give 0. The only good it had is location near to temple.

I wasn't satisfied with the service of the staff. You need to ask them for a plate 10 times and still you don't get it. I messaged them in their front office mobile for the same request but they ignored my message. The next day when I ask them they told me they didn't have any. Well they should have the minimum manners to inform me that they dont have, instead they just decided to ignore my request. Their hospitality! I had booked an ac room and they had decided to not give me any soap, shampoo or water. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Neet, Clean and friendly staff. |The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Madurai, making it easy to access key attractions like Meenakshi Amman Temple and the bustling local markets. The railway station and bus stand are also nearby, which is a huge plus for travelers.The rooms are decently maintained and renovated.The hotel staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. Room service was quick, and they were attentive to any requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with no major delays.

Booked rooms via make my trip app , before booking tickets we have called the hotel and confirmed whether checkin is allowed at 6 am ? The receptionist agreed for it and we booked the rooms . 1 day prior we called to remind again about this check in time , but the receptionist didn't hear what we were saying and just informing we ll not get rooms at 6am and it was rude . Even they said you can go and cancel the room booking. If this is your hotel policy you should have informed us atleast we might have looked for other hotels . Explain about your norms to all the staffs so hereafter this confusion might not happen

Awesome ... Took a 4 bed ac room .it was fantastic Walkable to main temple Nice market area Food got delivered easily All necessary shops are nearby Good management

Nice hotel in the centre of city with all basic amenities and good big rooms. You will get all meals, tea, laundry services and travel desk from this place. The Meenakshi Amman temple Gopurams are clearly visible from this hotel balcony. Temple is around 600 MTRS from hotel

Just ok hotel. Budget friendly +ve point: Walkable distance from Maa Meenakshi Temple. Close to Railway station -ve point: Consumed area. No near by good Restaurant Room service is poor Room facilities are not upto the mark

Had a Pleasant stay in Hotel Padmam, we came to madurai from Chennai for an Business trip, booked Room for 2 days, They Room neatness, Hospitality, Drinking Water facility, Lift service all are in Good Class, Excluding Wifi facility other all where top notch quality. I'll definitely refer people I know, whoever comes to Madurai. Finally, Thanks to Padmam Hotel for giving us a Pleasant Stay. Keep this same as ever.
