Pathetic experience. No toiletries available. No proper front desk personnel. AC was working but was in broken condition(window Ac). Bedsheets were dirty. Plugs in the bathroom were broken. No supportive staff. They didn't bother about anything once you book the room. No extra bedding provided after room being booked for three persons. Overall horrible experience

Far Better than the branded ones in business around this area for years, decades back this place for earlier hot breads madurai outlet... Can't believe it has been remodelled in to such a nice lodging place.Staffs like Alagar are a blessing to this hotel, anytime you can call them and ask for room service, they are always ready with a big smile. HARD HARD HARD REALLY HARD TO FIND SUCH SERVICE IN THESE DAYS.I WOULD EVEN RATE 10 STARS FOR THIS PLACE MAINLY FOR THE STAFF SERVICE AND ROOM NEATNESS.

Very bad experience. We had booked 2 AC rooms. Geyser not available in one room and another room it was not working. Blankets not provided and bed sheets were dirty. overall room was dirty. Lot of mosquitoes in room.

Awesome stay , spick and span, friendly staff , spacious rooms for this budget best location , tasted many authentic Madurai speciality dishes kindly maintain the same for very frequent stays .

Worst and the best for cheating people who come from other district or state...they blindly tell all sorts of stuffs and say parking facility is available and all kinds of Butter words...but nothing like that...its a waste hotel..0 hospitality and cheating people like anything There are many good hotels other than this

while check in people were saying we don't have car parking .you need to park in the roadside. Don't trust these guys. Before 2 days we checked and confirmed that they have car parking facility available. Last minute change has happened for us and we face lot of challenges for booking other hotel.

Most cleanliest and spacious rooms in the city. With friendly/attentive staff.
