Hotel New West Tower Rooms Lodge Main City in Madurai

My experience may vary since room was quite dusty when I received, but overall it is good place to stay. Lodge manager was helpful to quickly allocate room to me. This place is nearby Periyar bus stand and 10 min walk from Madurai junction railway station. If you are planning to visit Madurai Meenakshi temple, it is only 15 min away from here if you opt to walk and also Temple dedicated to lord Vishnu is very close by. A lot of eateries and shops are close to this place and easy to get Auto or cab to commute.

Poor service, Don't have proper parking space. they don't know how to treat customers, Very bad rooms , beds are not good, cleanliness is worst, too much Mosquito Hotel boys are not professional and also they tried to act they know everything. My suggestion is don't book this hotel.

it's too far from the Minakshi Temple and the room condition is terrible and the toilet condition is very pathetic and the hotel manager's behaviour is very bad he asked for money extra and the wifi is not working And if you want to the wifi you have to come in the reception area then you will get the wifi network

Very worst experience room no clean reception manager ask extra money we stay only 3 hours but he ask 1200 for his gpay not for owner worst behaviour worst experience I will not suggest this hotel manager ask drink food tips

Located opposite to kooda azhagar temple near periya bus stand. Rooms are shabby but as a bachelor trip was able to use it for sleep and refreshing only (They still use CRT TVs in the room ) If you are staying as family please run away from here and choose a better hotel.

Pos. Location is really good Cons. 1.worst condition rooms 2. Didn't change the bedsheets even after multiple requests 3.smell in the room 4. Not possible for a family to stay in there for even an hour.

This hotel is situated approximately 2km from the Meenakshi Amman Temple. The rooms are on the smaller side, suitable for short stays. Parking space is limited, so guests with cars will need to park in front of the hotel. However, its location in the heart of the market ensures easy access to amenities within walking distance.

Great service but rooms definitely require maintenance and cleaning.
