Hotel Malar Residency

It's not a hotel, it's a lodge worthy for 300 rent not more than that. Broken WC, dirty pillow covers and sheet, floor full of sticky, broken electric panels. I suggest never choose this hotel.

Location wise it's ok..worst room & Room service worst they even can't change the pillow cover and they are clean the clean the room yearly once only.I asked for the bill but,they are not provided.

Rooms are not maintained well. Filthy lavatory. Bedspreads were not washed. TV, AC, Room assistance phones are not in working condition. No coverage for Jio and Airtel in our room The only positive about this hotel is their location. Situated near the matuthavani bus stand.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Pethatic rooms. Very dirty rooms , smelly and dirty bedsheets. Room service not available. No TV , broken table. Everything is scary about this hotel. I have paid Rs 2960/- and this room is not even worth for Rs 500/-. Don't fall trap please.

The worst hotel ever, I have seen. Not a single things allow you for booking in this hotel such as Cleaning, maintaining, of Rooms and behavior, cooperation and services of staff. The worst thing that even a phone is not working for calling to reception and when you go to there for asking anything they just ignore first and repeatedly reminding they will say," go to room, I will make you available ", but your waiting time will be limitless. Think, how many times you will go to Reception for asking something because the phone will be not working. I am just writing my comments for making you guys aware that you will not get the worth of your money and you will be sad after leaving this hotel just like me. This is first time, I have to comment like this , for the nature of the reception's staff and after seeing the hospitality of room service. Even I have many more to write but in one words , I will say, " Never come here, if you will be remain happy because here you will have to pay more for your happiness during Madurai Visit.

Please don't go any one here it's tooo too worst hotel, plz don't stay here at any cost they don't have minimum facility also worst hotel

1. No cleaning 2. No car park facilities 3. Front desk has very poorly maintained 4. Staff are inadequately dress. 5. Rooms have poor maintenance. 6. A/C not functioning 7. Entrance door handle are broken.8. Bathroom is shabby 9. Over all very poor. Not recommended for stay

Too bad don't go there it don't have minimum facility, too too worst hotel, full dirty n unhygienic beds n bathroom, worst experience
