Hotel Lotus

My stay in the hotel was nice and with no problem at all. Room was clean and spacious enough. Washroom as well was cleaned. Room service is 24X7 and great. There is no hard deadline for check-in and check-out. Only issue is that there is no Restaurant inside the hotel. Room with breakfast is probably a waste because you need to collect token from reception and go out nearby hotel for breakfast which is only available till 10:30AM. No parking available for Car it seems. Overall good stay but little costly

This hotel felt very peaceful and homely. The bed was soft, and the AC worked well. Gopinath made sure I didn't face any trouble. They were all polite and caring. A great place to stay in Madurai.

One thing I noticed was how well the hotel was maintained. The washroom was spotless and smelled fresh. Gopinath helped me with directions around the city. The staff made me feel welcome. A pleasant stay overall.

Staying here made my trip more relaxed. Everything was clean and well arranged. Gopi was always nearby to help with anything. The food was also very good. I'm happy I picked this hotel.

One of the worst stay of my life with 3300 tarrif. 1. No parking space available- Usually small parking area is already full. If you are coming with own vehicle then it's BIG NO FOR YOU. 2. NO RESTAURANT- Hotel not having it's own restaurant. If complementary breakfast is there they will give coupan in morning only after 7:30 and you have to go to other place for breakfast. Highly inconvenient. 3. RUDE & NON-COOPERATIVE RECEPTION- Both guys at reception are non-cooperative and are rude also. First impression was itself bad. 4. VERY SMALL ROOM- Room size is very small and not value for money. 5. SLOW ROOM SERVICE- Really disappointed for even water bottle wait time is too much. 6. Driver dormitory is really worst- I had to pay to driver to another room in near by hotel. 6. Only positive is near to temple. Tarrif should be 1000 for Room with services. If you don't find any other hotel in madurai then only pls stay here. Not recommended at all.

This hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was professional, the rooms were modern, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Gopinathan Vijayaraman made my stay even more pleasant with his excellent hospitality.

I had a peaceful and restful stay here. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were well-insulated from noise. Gopi ensured everything was perfect for me.
