Hotel Kaveri Mahal Madurai

We paid 3k for 2 rooms and 5 people, they did not even bother to give a extra bed even after charging extra and telling that it will be provided. Staff was drunk and started arguing when we asked for the bed. Not recommended at all.

I took a AC double room at 0100 hrs. To my surprise AC was literally not working, when I apprised the same, the room boy replied in a rude manner. Maybe because I woke them up at such an odd time. Cleanliness was okok. But there was no towel or soaps available. As I was also tired I didn't make further issues. The next day morning I told the same to receptionist, here was also like in an another world. Ultimately I left unhappy...my 1.5 k gone for room actually cost 600 or something

Very worst and rude behavior of staffs, We book a room for our family through gobibo app, we reached right time, they didn't provide room, they don't give our family compassionate merciful talk and humanity at midnight. worst behavior

Very bad an unhygienic hotel, full of cockroaches. AC is not working its just another fan for you. Very bad experience of stay here.
