Bad maintenance, not friendly management, not responding for any enquiries, don't take the rooms in this hotel, charging high amount and in that staff also asking money again and again, beds are not good, bedsheets are used ones, not cleaning properly, management is very rude, don't prefor rooms in this hotel, lift is not working properly, finally 0 rating... Thank you...

Very bad room. No geyser. No tv. All the. People asking money for each service.

The temple is within walking distance from this hotel. The manager at the hotel is a good fellow. Polite behaviour and understanding.

If you are planning to visit Madurai with family. Then try avoiding this hotel. You will get far better option around.
