Hotel Heritage Residency

We had an extremely comfortable stay . It was raining heavily on arrival but the staff took care of all issues . A good hot dinner was waiting for us ,though rather late in the evening. Extremely good breakfast. Courteous staff . the environment all around the resort is very green and pleasing ,lovely to walk around . Recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Madurai.

In addition to the pricing issue, the overall service at the hotel did not match the high price they quoted. The cleanliness, hospitality, and general upkeep of the hotel were below expectations. I had hoped for a better experience, especially considering the amount they were charging.

The rooms are tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and all the modern amenities one could ask for. But what truly sets Heritage Residency apart is its exceptional staff. The Manager, Mr. Charles Cruz, is a warm and friendly individual who goes out of his way to ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for. He took the time to chat with me, recommend local attractions, and even offered to help me plan my itinerary. The hotel's service is top-notch, with attentive and courteous staff who are always willing to lend a helping hand. The food at the hotel's restaurant is also delicious, with a range of local and international options to suit every taste. Overall, I would highly recommend Heritage Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in Madurai. Mr. Charles Cruz and his team have created a true gem of a hotel that will leave you feeling valued, cared for, and eager to return.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days(07.03.2024 to 10 03.2024). The service was awesome and the rooms were so neat. Especially the female staff at the front desk was so welcoming and sweet. All the staffs are cooperative . Overall it was a nice experience for us.

Very disappointed with Hotel Madurai Heritage Residency. When contacting the hotel directly, they quoted a much higher price compared to online booking platforms. The online rate was 3000 cheaper! This kind of pricing difference is unacceptable. On top of that, the service and overall experience were not worth the high price. Would not recommend."

I stayed here for one night. To begin with the entrance was clean n spacious so we're the corridors . But the rooms smelled of mildew. There were no dustbins provided . There were absolutely no toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was very dirty. There were no hangers in the bathroom for clothes and the bedsheets were also stained . The staff was very lethargic and never came on time . There is basement parking available and it's 4 km away from the main temple. This is the only plus point i saw.Will definitely give this place a skip next time.

Rooms were decent. Service is pathetic. Ordered water bottles and ketchup. Not got delivered. when asked about the same, the staff informed that they had forgotten the room number. Car Parking is available.
