Hotel Cr grande

Very worst ambience, Room service will not done daily, if ask means they have given reply on demand only we will do.. no need to spend that much for dis hotel.. not worthy.. for this amount you will get very good hotels other than these Cr Grande & Cr Reverie , breakfast also not worthy they will charge extra 400/- for that which is waste of money.. because of rooms occupied that manager requested us to go CR Reverie.. which is 2 km away from our office .. anyhow we said ok. He said he will shift our luggage.. we went directly to that hotel but luggage didn't come CR Reverie hotel upon calling continuously next day morning 8 am they shifted our luggage.. that whole night we were in the hotel without our luggage.. this is how their behaviour

To the concerned person, It's very sad that , there is no value for the guest in your hotel. I really disappointed with the Reception services Especially the guy with white shirt & black pant. Now I'm sad to know that he is GM I'm so curious to know that, he never smile , it's a basic courtesy that smiling at a person.whatever, it can be a driver, guest, couple, senior citizens what will we loss because of a smile??? The hospitality is not at all available anywhere in the hotel. However, i would like to mention a thanks to resturant guy who is polite and warm to the customer. Now ,we will be in a 3 star category but, with the better experience by customer we can get more, And I have a suggestion, pls provide some uniform to the staffs which will change their attitudes, now most of them are working like government employees, but still happy to know that the owner is giving a freedom to the workers. I stayed there for a 2 nights with the cost of 6000/- rupees, i don't think this a cheaper rate, Is there anything wrong if am asking a good service? Also, curiosity to know that why are you not accepting card/upi payments??? Its absolutely ok if your not accepting cash but that can tell in a decent way without making the face /and voice harshly Food was good, the hotel is cleaning base good, only the thing is hospitality is missing Thank you

Not suitable for family. Pathetic rooms. The hotel rooms are not maintained properly. Floor s sticky Lock s broken Other lock not working Ac room, ac s not working but kept a high speed fan. Toilet is disgusting, Stinky smell and bad odour. Floor s very slippery. Bathroom is just for a name sake for a person to just stand. Water runs out of the toilet into the veranda. Seems unsafe place. Completely unhygienic room. Booked the hotel for 2 nights but vacated after the first night. Hygiene is more important than Money spent on hotel room. May be suitable for a person who wants to just stay for a night sleep. Location s nice, but construction is going on nearby. So you will hear a lot of noise in room while sleeping.

The rooms were great, and met the standards we had in mind. Breakfast was slightly expensive, but was still satisfactory. The major issue we had was the lack of parking space. They advertise free parking, but it's merely a few spots infront of the building. The building itself is infront of a very busy road, and parking there was risky. On top of that, there was a major construction at the location which made the whole place extremely dusty and unhygienic. We were disturbed multiple times to change parking spots, and were extremely anxious over the safety of our car. Overall good service, but an extremely unpleasant location.

The location is 6 km away from the main city center. Rooms are tiny, if you say it, you will get a reply like you booked just standard rooms. But while booking you will see ultra wide angle pics of rooms which makes it visible like spacious rooms. Don't judge by looking at the pics.

You don't get Coffee services at 06:00 AM. Needs to be improved. The quality of towels is to be improved. A lot of scope is there for improvement.

Stay for 2 nights on 3&4 February 2025. Room are not so clean. A lot of mosquitoes. Bathroom drainage problem. Didn't put back towels for the 2nd day after room cleaning even we inform them at the reception and intercom from room. The answer they gave ' WE WILL BRING IT SHORTLY ' but didn't bring it until we checked out. 2nd day We didn't take breakfast at the cafe because the plates and glasses are not clean. Water glasses with lipstick dirt, they didn't wash it properly. Breakfast also not prepared well. All the guests waited for tea & coffe so long. The staff asked to wait the guests because the are preparing drinks. As usual the staff did nothing after we complained. This time we had bad experience in this hotel called as 'CR GRANDE'.

The rooms are clean and spacious and they have a restaurant downstairs which includes multi cuisine dishes.. It's a great place and it's easily accessible. Moreover their hospitality and service was best. I have stayed there around 6 times and it's one of the best places to stay in Madurai. Worth the money!
