Hotel Chentoor

Good place to stay with family. The AC room is spacious. It's very close to railway station. The room lock works on card basis. On 1 room it was fine, the other room it is not working consistently. Moreover card of 1 room opened the room of other. So it's not secure to keep valuable things inside room. The management should look on this. Overall the stay was good, staffs were polite.

Location is good walking distance to meenakshi temple. Rooms are very tidy and not properly clean. Parking is not available for big vehicles like travellers. Not so friendly staff behaviour for me.

I stayed here for 2 nights in A/c accomodation recently along with family. The rooms are tidy and neat. Bath room is good. A/c is kept on continuously which is centralised. There is no restaurent but there many veg restsutent in the same road. Only one small issue is that we did not get hot wayer through tap. Neverthless, they arranged hot water immediately. Walkable distance to Railway station and Meenakshi Amma temple. No regrets. Overall we had nice experience.

This hotel is just 650 meters from Mardurai meenakshi temple. Rooms are okay and decently priced. We had booked for double occupancy, but they had provided only one set of toiletries and bottle, which is not a good manners. Also the bathroom door was not locking and they did nothing for that. Just okay to stay for a day. No restaurant facilities.

Horrible experience . Felt like staying in pub where 24/7 inhaling cigarette smoke. Dirty bedsheets and pillow.. Survived few hours as I took my own bedsheets and blanket.

One of the worst hotels in madurai they even don't maintain proper room booking way . I booked hotel here but afterwards they declined my booking after confirmation. Just go with other better hotels .

Worst rooms and worst experience, rooms are smelling very bad and staff is not responsive. Not worth for the price, they charged 2300/room, 1000rs rooms are far better than this Hotel

Clean, compact, affordable and flexible. Walkable to Meenakshi Temple. The management is very generous and helpful.
