Hotel Annamalai

We had a disappointing stay at Hotel Annamalai for two days. Initially, we were given a room with maintenance issues, including a leaking shower and non-functional tap. The bathroom door was stuck, and the lock was ineffective. After reporting these issues to the reception, we were eventually given another room. However, we faced other challenges during our stay. As a family of five, we were provided with only three 1-liter water bottles, and additional water bottle was chargeable. The hotel's policy seemed to prioritize selling canned water over providing sufficient drinking water for guests. We also had concerns about the mirrors in the room and bathroom, which appeared to be two-way mirrors. Furthermore, the kettle and flask provided for tea were broken and rusted. The complimentary breakfast at Anjappar was limited, and refills took a long time. When we requested bread for our kids, the server replied harshly that it was unavailable. During lunch, the staff's behavior was unprofessional. The server interrupted our conversation to take orders and even decided what we should eat. The cleaning staff started cleaning our table while we were still eating and they didn't't wash their hands after cleaning the nearby table. Overall, our experience at Hotel Annamalai was disappointing and we hope the management addresses these issues to improve their services.

Rooms are spacious but very old. For the price, didn't seem worth it. But the service is very good, they respond fast and take good care of us.

Available in prime location and bit pricey compared to the value provided. Room was not bad and breakfast was with very limited menu.

Worst hospitality, no hot water,I travelled so many places in India, never come across this type of worst mangement, those who book this hotel will be spoiled their enjoyment mood, don't book any function here

Very pathetic experience with this horrible service.They literally don't care how to handle customer.Breakfast time they mentioned 7.30 am to 9.30am.When we entered 9.15am to the hall,They completely closed the buffet and parcel the remaining food for someone,But they refused to allow on eat.Receptionist was answering rude.Please avoid this hotel.

Worst hotel management , don't go this type hotels , manner less fellows,don't book functions also in this hotely

Nothing international. Decent place for the amount you pay. Walking distance from bus stand. Rooms are ok. Food was ok. Reception area needs to be maintained, too many flies and lot of dust on the fan.
