Grand residency

Never book this hotel if you are travelling with your family or group with women and children. I made bulk booking of 8 rooms for family trip last month. The hotel person who took the booking, offered discounts on AC rooms, lesser than most hotels in vicinity and asked for 50% in advance payment. I made GPay and on the date of check-in the hotel staff that person is no longer working there and demanded extra amount for the rooms. They accepted rooms are pre-booked in my name and advance payment is also accepted. But they were not ready to give the rooms at earlier agreed price. They will scam you like this if you are travelling with family, because they know you cannot move to other hotels at wee hours and are forced to pay extra amount, when you already made 50% payment in advance. Be cautious and ask for photos of booking receipt with GST number or online booking receipts. Do not fall for their traps.

Rooms are very very small, and no proper ventilation. It's suffocating. Not justifies the rent they are taking. Basic amenities are missing. If I ask to provide they tell you have to take 3.5k room to get basic amenities. Nice! Don't book this hotel even if you get at very low price.

Very very worst manager he is asking more than the traifs rates ...why rates are so high i ask manager he tells plus taxs and rude talking if want room means pay otherwise go out...i am a regular guest for this residency... dont booking this residency worst activies why asking extra payment... i know two manager but he is a new manager i know... regular guest gives some important to that in this incient no i understand why i ask for extra rooms rents double bed AC 2000 what a price???here after no one regular guest booking this hotel unvalueble doing this managent...what a regular guest for this price including gst i know what means external gst no one menithoined this traifs...i abusoltily feel that here after not came for that hotel

Very rude and worst people. They know nothing about hospitality and humanity. They just care for money. They throw us out at 3am morning with having infant and kids family, as they were having next customer waiting. We end up looking for another hotel at 3am. Very bad experience. In worst case, if someone stays there pls do check the check-out time before payment.

Good place for stay it is close to the temple,cleanliness is good, but faced issue in car parking and need to park little far away from the stay..and also we faced issue in unloading the luggage also because of the people around here we were facing a hurry burry situation....So it would be better if you would provide a good car parking area....

I booked room on 08/01/25 and while check out 09/01/24 morning the person over there told me that they will be sending the invoice through whatsapp 12.00pm on the same day while asking for reason he said it will be coming from accounts dept, believing his words i started my trip to tirunelveli but I haven't received any update and while asking about that they keep on saying something rubbish and after that evening i returned back to same hotel for asking about the invoice on that time only the staff over there said that receipt book are given for printing, as I need to submit that receipt in my office I'm keep on following for the same till next day. There is an old man who was very rude and doesn't know how to speak. This guy very disgusting thing which cannot understand others situation. Other than that everything is ok....

Very bad service. Small and not even clean rooms. They will come and forcefully tell to put 5 star ratings for their hotel. Prices are high for that quality and service.

Very Arrogant behaviour of staff! Rooms was very feature full but full of suffocation (no ventilation or sunlight), also plenty of mosquitoes which staff do not feel bothered about! I do not suggest to book hotel near west side of temple in madurai only. Also there was no good restaurant near by. They didn't even carried our luggage to the room and were asking for tips shamelessly.
