Chakkra Residency - Hotel in Anna Nagar, Madurai

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, neat, and felt very homely. The staff were extremely helpful, and the receptionist was friendly and decent. 24hours there're somebodies in the reception to take care the guest. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming experience. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Chakkra Residency for two days during my Madurai trip and had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the property was close to most of the famous places. The staff was very friendly and always responded to my requests politely. One incident I want to mention is about how kid-friendly the hotel is. Our return train was at 3:30 PM, but due to hotel policy, we checked out before 12:00 PM. However, Mr. Samsudeen insisted that we stay until 2:00 PM because we had a three-year-old child with us and a lot of luggage. This gesture really helped us because, instead of waiting at the railway station for at least 2hrs, we comfortably waited in our room. Sometimes, small things matter a lot

The rooms are clean, and the locality is good, with all amenities nearby. However, there is no outside street or balcony view from the room. The property owner and staff were very helpful. However, some improvements are needed in the cafeteria zone.

My Family Stay at Chakkra Residency hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring Madurai. Staff was very friendly.

Very very very worst service. We booked the party hall with buffet. The service was really terrible. They are not giving food even though we asked to give some more food in plate. Not provided the water bottle we asked again and again then only they gave water bottles. We ordered a list of food but they provided their as per their convenience. Please do not go here for party hall with buffet.

Rooms are nice and service is good. Will recommend for family stay. Location is aight. I would give 3.5 overall.

Our family stay in Madurai was wonderful due to Chakra Residency. Very neet and clean specious rooms, prompt service. Co operative staff and descent management. Very tasty authentic breakfast made our stay memourable. Thanks to General Manager Mr. Shamsuddin for his personal care.
