The rooms are well equipped and reasonably clean. AC working fine. Shower with hot water was good. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. RO water was free flow but bottled water was not provided. Cafe served good breakfast mostly vegetarian with little choice for non-veg. Staff at cafe were very helpful and well mannered. Front desk staff was courteous. Hotel highly recommended for couples and family

Worst Experience Ever - Not Worth the Money I had an extremely disappointing stay. The room was very small -- definitely not worth even 1,700, but we were charged 4,500. We checked in at 10 PM and were forced to check out by 9 AM, which is completely unreasonable. The breakfast provided was hopeless and not up to any basic standard. To make matters worse, the manager, Christofer Joseph, behaved in an unprofessional and aggressive manner -- more like a street thug than a hospitality professional. Overall, a terrible experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

The stay was really comfortable and peaceful. All the amenities were provided and comfort stay was ensured. A family friendly hotel for sure. The entire staff were really helpful and approachable anytime. Thanks for the wonderful hosting.

The hotel is located at prime location. Service was good. Room was ready before we arrive, check was smooth. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, wide variety of options. Parking is available at basement, it's bit tight for the full size SUVs. Definitely recommended place.

My family and I, along with my elderly parents, stayed for two nights in three superior rooms. We were the first guests to occupy the rooms, and the comfort and room service were excellent. Unfortunately, we were unable to find South Indian meals, but the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, we had a great stay.

Hotel Astoria is an excellent property,well maintained.The staff is polite, courteous and professional by all means.The food is awesome and the breakfast buffet has a variety and sumptuous.The hotel is strongly recommend. Best wishes, Dr.Rajput Surendra Singh

For a business meeting, i was in Astoria Hotel and breakfast was served. I was little reserved to have hotel food on a working day.. but surprisingly food was excellent, comforting, no-stomach-upset, no heaviness, not greasy or spiciness... Quality of food was good. Please keep up this standard. And the boys serving were also cheerful, smiling, good ambience.
