I had an amazing stay at Moskva Hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ensuring I had everything I needed. The location is fantastic, close to major landmarks and shopping areas. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the South Indian dishes. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madurai!

Stayed at the Hotel Moskva Madurai during a business trip, and I was impressed with their facilities. The Meeting Halls in Madurai offered by the hotel are perfect for corporate gatherings. It's clean, comfortable, and undoubtedly one of the Best Hotels in Madurai. The staff is friendly, and the food at their restaurant - which I'd say is the Best Restaurant in Madurai - was top-notch. Will definitely return!

I had an amazing stay at Moskva Hotel Madurai! It's truly the Best 3 Star Hotel in Madurai with exceptional service and spacious rooms. The hotel is conveniently located -- just a short walk from the railway station, making it the ideal Madurai hotel Near Railway Station. Plus, if you're visiting the famous temple, it's the Best Hotel Near Meenakshi Amman Temple. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

1. Disgusting night receptionist guy. Very rude and blunt. No customer service. 2. Does fraud by evading tax. CASH only hotel! Not just credit card, even any UPI you need to pay 12% extra. 3 AVOID booking this hotel. Given in depth review below.

I am very unhappy for the hotel. The room AC was not working, no cooling at all. I called lots of time to the service guys but no one responded. At last one guy came with one table fan. Complimentary breakfast was little good.

Rooms were neat and clean with all the required basic amenities. But there was no window so it's little bit suffocating when you enter into the room. Rooms with window option are very limited. The food in the restaurant was tasty.

Terrible Service - Not Recommended Booked 3 rooms for April 17th, knowing check-in was at 12 PM. We arrived early at 6 AM and kindly requested to use a room for just 30 minutes to freshen up before visiting Meenakshi Temple. Despite having kids, senior ladies, and a feeding mom in our group, the receptionist rudely demanded 1500 and denied access--even to the restaurant washroom. Zero empathy, just trying to exploit tourists. Extremely disappointed.

They charge unnecessary and gives a catastrophic feeling. No breakfast provided even though included while booking. No kit in washrooms. Linens were very old. No wifi provided. Even tv not working. No natural light in rooms. I don't understand on what basis they charge me 3400/- For less than 12 hours.
