Hotel Duke

I stayed here for one week this month for a college assignment. The staffs Were friendly and helpful The room, bathroom, and common areas were clean and well-maintained. The Hotel is in convenient location near periyar bus stand with Car parking area. Got complimentary breakfast with buffet. Sweet panaiyaram, pongal, vada, dosa, poori, rava dosa, idli, coffee are my favorite. It was tasty and served hot. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you.

Very Poor service. Poor maintenance of the rooms. Could have rated zero if had the chance! Didn't provide basic necessities. Seriously do not recommend! Asking fees for the basic water. Flush and bathroom pipes are heavily rusted. Worst stay experience in my life.

The hotel was like what mentioned in overview a 1 star with basic amenities like complimentary breakfast,free wifi .we booked a non AC room and the room was neat and clean.The staff were very helpful and calm. The complimentary breakfast was out of the world and the person who served is very kind and good. Such a kind gesture from him.thank you for the entire team for your support. I stayed only one day and it was good to me.

I had a wonderful and premium experience here. The rooms looked luxurious, and cozy. Sorry i did not take any pictures

This hotel is situated at the prime location of Madurai within half km from the station and the same distance as the Meenakshi Amman Temple, actually will say it is walkable for the side. Rooms are very neat and clean as per the budget and of course if you want to stay within 1500 with all taxes for non AC room

The services were awful. There was intercom provided in the room. Hence communication to Reception and Room service was not possible. I had to personally go down and fight with the boy by name Diwakar to fet the services. Hot water was not available at 4.30 in the morning. The flush in the toilet was not working. Tea was not available even at 6.45 in the morning. The Restaurant food item's quality was bad. The mattress was very high. Very difficult to climb on especially for Senior Citizens.

I like to give 0 star. But that's not there in review. Don't book this hotel if you are looking to stay with your family. Worst experience for my family. i booked 2 rooms for my family. For 1 room AC is not working at all. Very worst room service. I am saying this because basic amenities not available in both the room like no bedsheet for AC rooms how can we sleep without bed cover. No proper response from room service. They won't pick the call itself. Food is average. Totally not a worth place to stay.

PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I was disappointed with my stay at Hotel Duke. After 12 PM, there was no hot water available, which was really inconvenient. The staff service was rude and disrespectful, especially at the reception. The receptionist was cold and lacked basic manners when interacting with guests. The restaurant closed its kitchen too early, leaving us without food options late at night at 10m. On top of that, they didn't provide a bed sheet for the extra bed allotted. We had to call several times to request one. Overall, not the experience I was expecting."WORST STAY IN MY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVER!
