Place is situated in such a location it's easy to go all 4 ways without much hassles. We could say that rooms are extremely compact. I visited here with family and occupied about 5-6 double bed rooms, with a double bed in place you hardly have 2 ft space around, means you could hardly stand so no chance of extra bed. A/C was good, washrooms were clean. Parking is there but if you visit on a busy day you might have to squeeze in. I didn't explored room service.

Very worst ambience, Room service will not done daily, if ask means they have given reply on demand only we will do.. no need to spend that much for dis hotel.. not worthy.. for this amount you will get very good hotels other than these Cr Grande & Cr Reverie , breakfast also not worthy they will charge extra 400/- for that which is waste of money

Lots of improvement required. No generator. When the power went off, the lift was off, and we had to climb two floors. The staff were impatient when we asked about this. View and location are the good points.

Check-in/Check-out: Efficiency of the process - very easy , ease of arrival and departure - very simple Value for money: Whether the price aligns with the quality of the hotel experience - yes definitely it does make the need Best service and worth every penny Super service by staffs....

Compact clean rooms. Slightly pricey. One suggestion is fans would be appreciated in the room. Only the air conditioner doesn't not work out everytime.

1. Too small rooms but ok for an night stay.. 2. Mariamman koil Theppakulam is nearby so you can go an morning and evening walk. 3. Rooms are clean... 4. Breakfast good... 5. Feel that it's costly compared to room size..

I was satisfied with their service and had a great experience staying there, The room was neat and clean. The bathroom was so big, the complementary breakfast was nice. Located nearby Madurai prime place

I recently stayed here ... Such a brilliant hotel ... their rooms don't have fans .. still AC was perfect .. Rooms were clean and neat .. toilet was clean and hygienic .... Bedsheets , beds clothings , pillows were clean and perfect ... they offer complimentary breakfast for those who opt for it ... breakfast was nice ... they don't have in-house restaurant.. still I could manage with nearby restaurants... loved my stay there for two days ... I was solo traveller ...
