Never ever you can find a hotel that can be worst than this hotel. Pathetic is a very mild word. Will never suggest this hotel for a stay . The bed was not cleaned. I could see ready to use sugar packs beneath there pillow. I guess this has less patronage and skeletal staff to maintain.

Right from check in the experience was below average. The guy at the check in desk was definitely not interested at what he was doing. He was constantly asking if the money was paid (guess he was not happy with the pre booked price I paid) and how many people were staying when everything was already pre booked Room size was decent and can accommodate 3 people but extra bed is just a mattress on the floor (bad for the price charged) Location is good on a main road with sufficient parking. Saravana Stores opposite to the hotel and plenty of eateries nearby Breakfast served was very poor and all the items were almost complete by 9AM while I was informed breakfast is until 10:30AM. Even the taste was very bad. Not worth booking breakfast or eating here.

Poor service from staff, no courtesy, poor response on customer issues, room illumination is very poor and non functions. Rats are roaming in room through out a night and day. Poor water pressure in washroom, paints of rooms are peel off. Lots of issues in hotels. Plz look into all this by hotel management.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arriving for check-in, the reception staff completely ignored me and kept me waiting for no reason. When I was finally attended to, I was given a room that wasn't even ready. After pointing this out, I was shifted to another room that was even worse. The second room had no proper lighting, the bed sheets were filthy and stained, and the walls were in a horrible state, full of visible stains. The washroom was completely unhygienic with no toiletries, cups, or glasses--nothing like what was shown on the booking website. I had to wait for over an hour to finally settle into a room, and even then, the conditions were unacceptable. This experience was far below basic hospitality standards. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. It's nothing like what is advertised, and the staff's behavior was highly unprofessional.

Pathetic conditions. No information. Washroom are bad .linens are very pathetic. No service and very poor revert. Pls donot stay and plan this hotel .

One of the worst hotel experiences for my wife and child. 2 big rats in the room in the middle of the night and hotel staff only laughed at the matter. No sense of cleanliness or concern for health and safety. Bedsheets are stained and rooms very dirty. Should not even get 1*

One of the worst experiences which has happened in my journey, ever!! . I have booked the rooms thru Agoda and got the confirmation from the hotel through text message. When I went and checked in around 2pm with my family of 6 adults ,they communicated that your booking had been cancelled . There was no prior communication given to me, and I tried to reach the hotel in the afternoon, but no one answered the call. The same incident happened to one more person. The family who has booked the rooms through Agoda. They did the same to 3 other guests who had all travelled from Bengaluru. The Mohd's operant seems to 1st say no rooms available to even those who have official confirmation and then sell at a premium other dingy rooms they have. Purposely they don't speak any other language apart from Tamil to keep the guests confused and pressurise them to take whatever is given to them and pay a premium on top. Disgusting front desk and personnel. Even breakfast was bad and no proper ma power to execute the same . At night how the family person can search the rooms. How does the hotel management entertain all these activities!? Seems a dingy and non-professional place which is not recommended for anybody!!!! Strongly recommend not to visit this place!!
