Very very bad condition. My first room Ac not working & bedroom bad smell & bathroom flesh problem & My second room water heater not working propelly & room balcony side food waste and it smell and ..This hotal Very Bad experience from the reception staff and owners .

As the hotel is already in a remote area, rooms & service need to be good (atleast) but here it is not, very bad. Even though the rooms were booked 3 weeks before, they were very dusty all over the place. And the bathroom were not cleaned. Ultimately water didn't come in the bathroom itself and reported to the office. Every basic amenities is a problem here. NEED SERIOUS CHANGE. Totally not recommended for family.

1. No power backup and there's a lot of power cut in this area. Most of the night the power wasn't there. Thus the fan wasn't working.||2. Smelly bathrooms.||3. Blanket and bedspread was dirty and had a lot of brown marks here and there.||4. There was no AC remote. Apparently the reception couldn't find it.||5. No water heater.||6. Flush didn't work in the bathroom.||7. Parking is a pain.

These people are running unethical buisness. We were asked to pay double the money shown in booking. Owner spoke rudely. Funny thing is owner doesn't know who accepted and confirmed my booking for his own property. He is in lost space. He has zero respect to guests. Believe me stay at this hotel is a nightmare.

The worst decision to make a booking here. I travel a lot mostly road trips and stayed all parts of India. They are so bad that they behaved like rowdies. When complained about bad smell from the toilet, they were not ready to rectify it or give a different room. They were so arrogant that literally told on our face if you want to stay then stay otherwise vacate the hotel. Really bad. Never recommend

Good location for people coming from polachi direction and going towards isha yoga. You don't have to enter city. It's an appartment converted to hotel. Standard 2 BHK flats with 2 bedrooms, big Hall and kitchen (no utensils). Staff is good and polite. Still under development as of April 2019 so expect some niggles. I believe it will be proper in a month.

To all the people who book through OYO. These people who sit in the reception are like gundas. They won't listen to whatever u say. They wants the payment as per their tariff. Even if you make full payment for the room. What happened for me. I booked the hotel on Friday. Made full payment. On Saturday evening by around 4,i reached the hotel and asked for my room. The guy in the reception told they can't do anything. The rooms are fully filled. I contacted the OYO customer care and they tried calling the reception guy. I saw him not attending the call from OYO. As there was huge rush on that day OYO was apologising as they couldnt arrange a room for me. I asked them to refund the money. . . Please do take not of this. This hotel is located in a lonely area. In night anything happens no one is gonna be responsible for it other than you. So choose wisely.

Very bad experience. It was absolutely wrong booking this hotel. Travellers stay away from this place. What's good with it : nothing specific. What's bad: almost every right from the moment of checkin till checkout. Location : scary when it's dark. My
