OYO 14815 Anu Residency

This place is well maintained, the apartments are spacious all you get is just the room kitchen and hall is shared if you are booking 2 rooms then the apartment will be for your own group that will help using the common space with in your own group. The rooms are little small otherwise comfortable. They have parking space may accommodate 4 to 6 cars. However opposite land was empty when we went that is also used for parking. They have a separate room for drivers for some rest that's a good thing. They give biotique toiletries. The bathrooms are neat and clean. The apartment is little inside from the main road and the location may not be so appealing still okay. You will have to come to main road for food there are quite a few options.

The places interiors look good. Enough parking space. No food provided. Cleanliness and hospitality is good. We used a hall that looked like 2BHK flat. With 2 beds could be shared by 3 people with TV and AC facilities. A hall sofa, dinning table and a separate Ac.

The facilities are 3 star hotel range with Jaquar fittings in the bathroom.... Excellent LED TV with all English and sports channels. The bedsheets are the only drawback with dirt. Complete air conditioning facilities with oGeneral split AC. All light and fan switches are dual switches. Everything perfectly clean and new. The rooms also consist of a common room with kitchen, cushion sofa etc. The major drawback is the entry road to a stretch of 100m to the hotel. This is shabby and with lots of potholes.

This place is famous for it's last minute cancellation and rude behaviour towards customer who make booking through OYO and other Online portal. Made a booking for 8 rooms accommodating 24 persons. When my friends went on the day of booking to make a check-in the the receptionist casually told the booking is cancelled as the property owner has got his own family function. The premises is closed for booking for the personal usage of the owner. So they cancelled the booking in the last minute. 12 of them who reported at the venue looked aghast of the rude behaviour when they tried to contact OYO CUSTOMER SERVICE regarding this issue. Last minute mishaps are never a good impression when one plans it for months before. Unfortunately I couldn't personally visit this place after the incident. This incident would never go off my mind! Your rudeness towards customers is unjust. Better learn to handle them with courtesy.

2/10 Booked for 3 through oyo 1. Only one blanket given for 3!! 2. The towel doesn't wipes water, hard to adjust with kerchief 3. Its not a hotel, only a converted apartment 4. Never suitable for family, no privacy 5. Difficult to access and limited parking only 6. Dont go with many positive review in sites, OYO doesnt even shows review i hve written Bachelors can give a try!

I was passing by Madurai and wanted a place to stay over and therefore booked this place. On the positive side, neat and clean rooms, well lit, clean bedsheets, the usual. Geyser and TV with cable also available. The rooms were small and so was the bathroom but if you were a family, this would work out great as each unit is like a 2-BHK with a common sit out and sofa and stuff. The staff was also very pleasant. On the downside, nothing really bad, just annoying! 1. There is no plug point in the room apart from the TV point. So watch TV or charge your phone. 2. There are a lot of switches in the room, only the fan, one light and 1 night lamp work. No light switch next to the bed. Everytime you need to switch on/off, you need to get up. 3. As a budget hotel, room and bathroom is cramped. 4. There is no room service or any food and water service in the hotel, though shown in the MMT website. They could have had a tie-up for delivery with a nearby restaurant that I visited, Kumar's mess. 5. Lastly, the next morning, the complimentary breakfast is available only after 8.30am. no tea or coffee before that. I left by 8, so this free breakfast was of no use.

Anu's residency is a good place for family stay. Clean and neat rooms. Located in the city limit and easy to reach the place. Rooms service are good and food will be provided on request in prior. Spacious room and bathroom. Reasonable price to afford.

The 'Hotel' is more of a apartment setup, with each bedroom being a separate 'Hotel room'. The setup is good. All teh basic facilities are in place. My only grievance would be that the Wifi was not working when we stayed here.
