I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and always smiling. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I felt truly welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so special. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to others

Very worst experience we had faced on this hotel. room is very small and bathroom is not at all clean. Night time power cut happened. They didn't ON the generator even though they are keeping it. After an multiple arguments, later and hour they switched On the generator. Ground floor, they have food but they don't have refreshments like milk/coffee. If you have kids better not to book this hotel. Very pathetic service.. When we are going to outside we have to handover the key to them..

Food is good best option for non Veg variety

I like the room which is in the first floor and the restaurant is in the ground floor which is very great becoz nearby it'll be difficult to find a restaurant. Rooms are very clean, AC is working good, the greatest thing is they've CCTV on both sides of the varanda. I went there with my friends, we felt very safe there. Very affordable and worth the money. They don't have 12 hrs policy, only 24.

My pilgrim plan was unexpected so we reached 2.30 am at chidambaram but we called at that time also their response was so good till reaching the hotel communicating with us helped us good hospitality and good service

It's a new hotel, therefore the infrastructure has been well-maintained and kept clean. There are no complimentary breakfast or welcome beverages, and there are just AC rooms available. They solely sell non-vegetarian products and fried rice. Only lunch and dinner were available. You may only park two car behind this hotel

A great hotel with unmatched hospitality. I had a extended stay here and everything is nice, pretty nice and the hotel staff is very courteous. The complimentary services, pastry every evening and two pieces of laundry per day were amazing. I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come again, the next time I am in kurinjipadi.
