I had a wonderful stay at the Inn, what I loved most was the tranquility and the sense of solitude--completely away from the chaos of the city. The lush greenery, sprawling tea gardens, and crisp, chilly mornings made the experience truly special. The rooms were spacious and opened directly to beautiful views of the tea gardens, which added to the peaceful vibe. The service was warm and attentive, and the homecooked food was simple yet very pleasant. I'd Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, nature-filled getaway.

The stay was comfortable and good for us. Location is fabulous. Food was good and especially their Chicken gravy is very tasty. Recommended for family, couples, friends and all. Felt good overall.

There is a list of cons : 1. No one at the hotel when we reached, the only cleaning worker cum chef who didn't even know any other language except tamil was present and was told to handle all things. 2. We booked along with campfire, but charged 1500 extra. 3. Dinner was pathetic and was prepared 3 hours before we reached at around 8. Everything was cold. 4. Barbecue was a joke. 5. Now comes to room, we booked for 5people (3+2), we booked Deluxe rooms but one room has space for a bed only. 6. Other room has a bed and extra mattress with very thin blanket was provided. But temperature dropped to 5C that day and I asked for thick/extra blanket but denied directly saying one mattress one blanket. Literally one person shivered the whole night. 7. I can point out 10more but I think those are because of situations only so let it be. Pros : 1. Location is good. 2. Good vibe after all hiccups with campfire, we asked all other people to join us. 3. Owners brother came in the morning and listened to us. 4. I prepared my own tea with ginger

Cloud and Mist Inn absolutely best choice to experience the kotagiri's stunning hill view. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay over there.. They provided home style food with good taste. Very cozy and best place for relaxation.

We wanted a cozy place all to ourselves just right for our family.. and Cloud and Mist Inn was just the right place. The have inhouse caretakers to provide us with all the basic needs and food preps. They make arrangements for campfire as well. Ideal place to spend time with family and friends.. Only remark the place didnt have much of mobile network. Maybe thats one thing made us spend more time with family than hang onto mobiles.

The room was clean and had an amazing greenish view from the balcony. The service and home made food was too good.! Campfire is also available and nice place to chill out with family.
