Beautiful property set next to sprawling tea estates with great ambiance. The caretakers make amazing food according to your choice. Affordable room rent. Absolutely worth it.

It was a riders trip. Planned in kinnkorai. The hospitality and location of this resort is best thing I would say. We were treated like family and also the food served was so delicious. People looking for a cottage and explore around the place. I would definitely recommend this place.

2 BHK with hall, dining, and kitchen. Kitchen is not usable very old. But rooms and hall is nice. It's okay for the price.

First of all if you are expecting a resort kind of environment please do not come as you will leave unsatisfied. But if you are someone like me and my friends who cares less about these things and are willing to adjust for the serene, you will be pleased. The view and the calmness you get from this place is extraordinary. One more happy customer here.

First of all the Owner Mr. Kishore was not a friendly person. when we ask doubts (even though its a silly one) he gets angry & don't even bother to clear our doubts. we were a family group of 14 adults + 4 kids , Mr. Kishore assured us all can accommodated easily. But it was a 2 bedroom house where only max 6-8 people can be accommodated. we all slept on the floor. the next one was about the cook , he was a elderly person & was struggling to cook. so we decided to cook on our own. the gas stove was not working properly & the kitchen doesn't have an exhaust , all fumes come into the house . lots of cockroaches were in the kitchen The Caretaker Mr.Koya who is in the resort never cared about us. he didn't even change the bed spreads from the used one. after insisting he changed. There is no play area for kids. also the falls mentioned by them is far away. there are no shops near by , you have to travel 3 kms to but an item. no wifi , no free breakfast. i wont recommend this place to anyone. Note : still if you are booking , make sure you clear all your doubts before booking or paying money.

Not worthy, please don't believe in insta reels, very poor house keeping, no proper cook. Don't except for a resort stay, it's just a two bedroom improper maintained house with lots of cockroach roaming around

Wonderful location and very good service, the cottage is very much sufficient for a group of 10 to 12, and if adjusted around 16 people can tuck in... The care taker and cook are so good, homely food is made and its so delicious. Nearby, a Waterfalls is there just a km from the cottage and its worth the trek... Overall wonderful place to stay, a beautiful getaway...
