Vekaay's Residency Hotel

The AC room was good but we didn't get any toiletries or any amenities. The bedsheets and blankets were not clean. After complaining about the same we were told that the laundry is expensive in this area and that's what we can provide. After requesting an extra blanket, since, I was travelling with a friend, we were asked to pay 50 extra. After a long argument we were given a bed cover and we were told to use it as a blanket.

Airconditioner is ok. Bathroom doors are broken completely. Nobody came for cleaning. No room boys at all. They are not serving water also.

We booked 9 double rooms and on arrival only 5 were available. We were lucky as suite rooms were there and we did not land up in trouble. Suggest be clear with their confirmations.... First they tried to say "we can't keep rooms vacant for bookings" and on argument they came out with suit room availability.. Tour would have been at risk due to their unprofessional approach. Towels, soaps etc are not provided. Toilets need better preparation before check in.

Room was okay for Bachelors. Can't book this room for a family visit to kumbakonam. The rooms were not that clean. While entering the room there was some bad smell. No room freshener was there. The bathroom was the worst. I cleaned it to use it. Proper response was not there from management.

AC will not work even in one room. They will charge for ac but ac will not work. My whole night was a nightmare. We couldn't even sleep for 2 hours here. We took a Very bad decision. Please don't go here. This is the cheapest hotel so they value you the same way if you book here.

Very worst experience, smell inside the room, bathroom door's were not locking, only money minded person. he will switch of the AC & Geyser.. we have to ask them, than only they will switch on

No reception will be provided for you. When the receptionist man throw's the pen for registration, that's where I am angry. Before, we got some arguments about the booking in which their staff weren't informed or noted for Agoda bookings that I am coming. He said we don't have room just like that. Running business for sake not to improvise.

Worst experience. Rooms are very small. Can't even walk around in room. Room size is equal to queen bed size. Not worth the money. Poor maintenance. We saw a large forest spider in our room.
