My best preferred place to stay whenever I visit Kumbakonam. Friendly check in time, clean rooms, safe location very near to bus stand. About few minutes of walk to many temples. Affordable too. Autos are also easily available. No restaurant but Swiggy service can be availed as location is easy to access. Can call to hotel and book directly. Amazing!!

I stayed for 3days.Moderately priced. Good location . Spacious rooms with centralized A.C. very good for families and seniors as there are no levels hence comfortable .Hot water was available.Polite staff. The.wash area Can be needs better maintenance.

The rooms are decent and specious and the location is very close to the bus stand and have plenty of food option nearby. The staff is friendly in nature too. The only hurdle is the parking space which is congested.

Room is great and the location is wonderful. Food is not available within the hotel but there are local restaurants available within walkable distance. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the management. I stayed here for 2 alternate days. I booked my first day stay through phone, everything was great then. The price of room was Rs. 2100. In fact they upgraded me to 4 bed, as they didn't have 3 bed available. When I was checking out, I told them I need the room the following day as I will be back in Kumbakonam after my travel to different city. They asked me to call later that day, to confirm my next day's accommodation. At this point they understood that I am a non local and looking for a room. So now the price for the same room is Rs. 3300 . I explained this to our driver and he was kind enough to call them from his phone and find out the price as a new booking. To my surprise, they told him the tariff is Rs. 2100. So if you are a non local and do not speak Tamil, BEWARE. THEY WILL LOOT YOU!!!!

Best budget friendly family hotel at the centre of Kumbakonam city. Located very close just a walk away from Kumbakonam town & mofussil bus stand where you can get buses for all the famous temples & other cities. And it's also located near to Kumbakonam railway station. Coming to the room, we booked AC double bedroom with an extra bed for 3 members. The room, bed, bedsheets and restrooms were neat & clean and maintained properly. They also have lift facility, 24hr hot water facility. And also their bakery located at the ground floor where you get puffs, coffee, tea and snacks, so that you don't have to roam and search for refreshments. If you're visiting Kumbakonam for temple tours like Navagraha etc. this is the best and budget friendly accomodation that you can get.

Good hotel. Cons is no parking for 4 wheelers. You have to park outside somewhere.

For my personal experience. It was amazing. When compared to other hotels. I got a wonderful hotel room at reasonable price.

Rooms are spacious but bathroom mat and general cleanliness could be better. Phone not working in room and WiFi was intermittent
