Good hotel tariff also reasonable.Well maintained room service good staff courtesy good. Neat and clean. Overall very good budgeted hotel. Highly recommending for stay

Pros: Location is convenient. Parking space available. Overall neatness is ok. Cons: Small rooms. Apparently smoking is allowed. We were in cigarette smell throughout our stay which made our stay terrible.

Had a pleasant stay. The receptionists were friendly. Room was clean and the bathroom was disinfected properly.

We are coming to sitthi residency since 2007 if I am exactly right about the year.. For the recent years, we stay at least a minimum of 4 times a year.. "This is no more old sitthi".. "Room services are pathetic; an old man staying here from the past is the one who still carry value to the customer". "A C maintenance is absolutely nil". In whichever rooms we stayed for the past one year, exhaust fan in the toilet is not at all working. This says, they are not willing to know the necessity of the exhaust fan in the toilet attached to AC room. And, since last night, lift is not working and even now they say, "people will come!". "They least bother how old people shall be able to climb up the stairs".This is their standard answer. The new approach in sitthi least bother about the maintenance that is necessary for a hotel. They think maintaining asthetic beauty alone is enough. Someone has to ring the bell to the management and I am doing this; for the relationship we had with this sitthi residency for more than a decade! The male receptionist during evening thinks - he runs the management kind of.. He ensures he will only book the rooms and that too like an employee in the Govt office. He works nothing for customer service. He is rude and his value towards the customer is ZERO. Management must teach him the roles & responsibilities of the front desk employee who is the face of organization or business.. The google reviews not bothered by the management by looking at the past reviews is evident that management least bothers its customers. So! The customers who look to stay here shall consider all our reviews and the no response from the management either here via text or through actions rectifying the customer concerns!!

Good location, Good Hotel, nice staff, Telugu speaking receptionists, 24 hrs room facility, 24 hrs hot water facility, good & safety hotel for families & ladies, front side hotels available for food. Walkable to temples

This hotel in the middle of the city price wise ok moderate not highly maintained rooms average but safe and secure parkings available since am a frequent visitor for this hotel for stay this is my personal review about this hotel

Good parking space available for hotel. Located in the main road. Rooms are sufficient for couple with kids. AC is good and Wifi coverage is good too. Nominal charges for room. Water heaters and extra bed was available. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Worth choosing this hotel.
