Very worst room mosquito bites the whole night no proper response from the reception the people at reception are very irresponsible wholely the hotel is of non maintaned properly.. For such a room with AC they charged 2500 and the way the reception handled the customer is so worst. I dont recommend this hotel with such worst behaviour people non maintened hotel to anyone. The price they said and charged is different 1100 for one day and they have charged 2500 they dont intimate on the charges pls be careful before choosing your stay

Very very small size rooms that too AC room.....not worth for money. People my kind advise please do not choose this hotel.

Very good customer handling rooms are clean and 24hrs hot water facility available and hotel is very near to bus stop and they provide cabs too at best price

Worst service, Very unhealthy environment, No Proper Response from management for any concerns , No clean Rooms, No proper maintenance. They just loot the money. At the time of booking they say a rate and while vacating they demand more, if not given they harass and threaten till they get the demanded money. Worst lodge ever. Do not waste your money and peace of mind considering this. They make you pay completely at the time of check-in and do not provide you any receipt. And demand more at the time of check-out. Please be careful!

Excellent service every good customer handling rooms were clean and hotel very near to bus stand

This Hotel was a lifesaver for my family when we reached Kumbakonam at 0230AM only this hotel responded and opened it's door. I highly recommend to anyone who reach Kumbakonam at Odd hours. Rooms were good (Not awesome) . I stayed Overnight and happy to share my experience.

It's a very worst management which I have seen till now. No proper response.. we have checked at early morning 2:30 AM.. we asked extra 3 hours for the next day check out as we have full family with senior citizen and children ... they won't accept at all and no hot water, AC is switching off without asking us while staying .. very worst service and cunning mentality people.. don't stay here .. be aware while choosing..

Reception/Room services excellent.Only parking facilities not available due to very narrow Street.
