Our two night 3 day stay was made so comfortable by the staff. Ll service was prompt. When we had a issue with the water-heater facet, it was fixed almost immediately. The room was immaculately clean. |At the Annalaksmi Restaurant, the staff were professional in the way they serviced the customers. They were proactive and served with a smile.|Kayal & Monisha tigether with all the rest of the staff at the restaurant served each and everyone with a smile. |Truly a 5-star- Quality Service.

Vera level food quality n taste.I have never tasted such authentic food taste. We have veg, sambar,rasam , all side dish soups.. everything excellent. Must try Hotel stay n restaurant in Kumbakonam. Thanks a lot Bharath Kannan such speedy n smiling service.

It was a great pleasure to spend time in Quality Viha to be accompanied by a very fine team of staffs. A bunch of wonderful aesthetic paintings lining the lobby all the way to neatly arranged rooms. The tasty food in the restaurant was very good and served by the smiling staffs . Housekeeping and rooms for drivers is also maintained with great care. In a nutshell, this is a place with artistic vibes and delicious food and a place worth the price...

This is a gem in Kumbakonam. Very high quality stay with good service. Have stayed 4 times here in last one year and each time I left satisfied with room quality and maintenance, staff and food. Parking is limited and can be full during busy times.

Nowadays, I and my used to go Quality inn restaurant because my son loves it and he feels that it is a best restaurant he ever met. All staff members are good at hospitality. Particularly we appreciate Mr.Prabhakar who was friendly to all. The restaurant is neat and clean.

Some places are just special, and you go back again. This is one such place. I found this hotel via online search last year and was so pleasantly surprised with our stay, that we went back again to Kumbakonam and decided to stay at the same place. Simply put, just a home away from home. Just like I fell in love with the town, its vibrancy and culture, I really loved my stay at Quality Inn Viha. It is just the vibe, that you dont even look for anything special. It is just like being at home and getting such good food at their restaurant. One of the best "meals" I have tasted. The rooms are very decent, well maintained, well priced and spacious. Location is very ideal. Would love to go back and stay during my next visit to the temple town.

The hotel is located at a really good location and the rooms are really well maintained but the commode in the toilet could be better maintained and cleaned. The service from the bellhops was very good. The main issue we had was with the parking. This hotel doesn't have sufficient parking for the guests underground. You have to park your car along the passage around the hotel to one side. The parking spots near the hotel entrance are reserved for restaurant customers and not for the hotel guests. The parking attendants keep telling you to park somewhere inside. Very annoying. The steep slope also add to the annoyance. Overall, the stay was not as good as I hoped it would be. Will definitely be exploring other hotels the next time I visit Kumbakonam.

We checked in last night into a family suite. The room was spotlessly clean. Staff is amazing. Extremely polite and courteous.Food at the restaurant is top notch. Very professional. I would definitely recommend this. Could be a little cheaper for the city it is located in and for off season. Slightly expensive.
