OYO 30435 Mahalashmi Park Hotel

Booked in OYO for a great deal and also got Paytm cashback. Hotel is located on the highway and around 3km away from Kumbakonam town. Extra cot was provided for just 300 and we got upgraded to a family room. Fan regulator wasn't working and centralised solar water heater wasn't that hot. Good parking space and very friendly staff. Cellphone network coverage could be increased for inner rooms. Overall it was a pretty decent stay for cheaper price.

Very good almost centre location, at Bypass bridge. Receptionist is helpful. It has big marriage hall with spacious car parking. Rooms meets different budgets. A hotel with good food is also meets traveller requirement. Being other things good, suggest to enhance maintenance standard and control.

Big spacious rooms , don't expect any facing though. Funny bathroom had the towel rack next to the toilet. Very helpful muthu at the reception . Followed my instruction to the tee. Organised everything at a reasonable fee be it cab or auto. Sooper

We had been to this restaurant of Mahalashmi Park last week.for our breakfast. The ambiance is very good. Service is OK.. However we find that only limited varieties of breakfast items were available. We had taken Pongal, Idly, Dosa and Puri .... Taste is OK.. not that grand... Coffee was much good.

Once again had very bad experience with OYO. The hotel rooms were vacant yet the hotel denied providing room to OYO booked price. The hotel demanded three times higher price than OYO booked price. One more customer who booked through OYO was also standing when I reached the reception. The hotel is located on the bypass road. The affected Customers, like me, reached the hotel after spending time and money for hiring auto/taxi. The hotel staff denied room after checking the booked price. While writing the review I noticed two more customers wrote similar complaints last week. That means despite the hotel's refusal to honour the OYO bookings, OYO was keep on sending customers. The greedy hotel management had not strongly took up the issue with OYO not to send any more customers due to pricing issue. Ultimately the sufferers were gullible and hapless customers. As usual OYO had sent simple excuse SMS. In the name of new startup OYO's inexperienced founder and CEO not learning any lessons from his mistakes despite so many complaints wrote to him. If it continues like this OYO will close down its business in no time.

Good.. but cleanliness was poor.. it was looking as though the floor was not broomed and mopped for atleast 1week. And the bathroom mat omg.. was like never been washed at all.. reception guy was good and night wattchman uncle behaved well.

This is not a luxury hotel. Just average one. No room service. Intercom facility is there but not working. Broken cupboards, with lot of cockroaches. Very adamant staff. They wont provide extra bed if required, even ready pay for it. Altogether, not worth for money.

Courteous and helpful service but beware if you are booking through Oyo, coz hotel does not seem to be in sync with Oyo rates. Though I had booked and paid Oyo online, I was checked in only after paying additional amount at the hotel. And smelly toilet added to my discontent
