Totally Worst Hotel and Two Rude Caretaker There is no complaint and grievance mechanism. Me and My Family had a worst experience on 16.05.2025 on room checkout. There is no room for concessional rates for early checkouts. #AvoidAtAllCosts

Staffs are friendly and good. Location is good with respect to Parking and accessibility. Parking is good.. However when it comes to room and cleanliness it is not good. Toilet cleanliness is bad. There are many lizards in the room.

Located near to Kumbakonam town and very near to Kumbakonam- Thanjavur highway. Very easy accessible through own vehicle. Can reach tarasuram, swamimalai, garbharakshambigai temple within minutes. Disadvantages are, no good restaurants near by. Will need to order by Swiggy or zomato but that too recommended. Try having food at the place you visit and come back here only to rest. Old rooms but neat. Rest rooms are clean. Car parking is available

Though staffs are friendly, Rooms are old and not maintained properly. Plastering were peeling off from walls and rest rooms are bit smelly and looks unclean. No amenities are provided for the value they charge. Out of the city location, only Swiggy is the source of food! Definitely not the worth for the money they charge!!

Large parking, very close to the highway, easy access to the temples outside Kumbakonam town, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms and helpful staff.

Very rude owner and the Manager! When we enquire about the review of bed bugs, they asked us to not to come. For our safety, we asked whether the room is clean or not. They both are yelling at us "better don't come". How so arrogant they are? You keep your bed neat and clean, then why would some one did write review about bed bugs and unclean bathroom, We have to travel a lot, without a proper sleep, how one can drive long? Be proactive about what the user needs rather than yelling at the customer Not recommended for family! Better don't go here! So we booked another nice home stay! Update: You're Sorry is not acceptable. The way you replied over the call is absurd reg reply from you was "You don't come here" I never experienced such insults in my life time! Instead of asking sorry, keep your hotel rooms and bathrooms clean and tidy. Welcome the guest rather than yelling at them!
