MP Residency

Worst experience and extremely money-minded owner/management. Neatness/maintenance is average. It is better to stay in railway station lounge rather than choosing this place. I do not usually post reviews, I made it a point this time to give a review so that it helps people to make a concious decision.

Rooms are ok ok they charged per day 1700 during last week on December. Walkable distance to Saragapani temples ,kasi viswanath temple and they have sepearte car parking but to go near by hotel during busiest hours its very difficult to go by car. Bathroom should be well maintained

There are near temple, but you cant take your own vehicles as they are situated in a small road. Parking is very small and they are parked in sequence like Last IN first OUT manner. There are many hotels in main road, requesting to choose that over this congested hotel.

Price is expensive 1900 for 3 person, Rude behavior of hotel receptionist, suitable for bachelors who can have drink party, Deluxe room looks small, AC not working properly, lot of sound in fan, bathroom doors are broken, bed size is small.

Very worst service by the receptionist named Surya. He was very rude. He was telling me that I should call him and check to confirm about my room reservation availability though i had bookedi t in advance.... I don't understand then the need for booking in advance which in fact they confirmed it a week before, after a rigorous followups from my side.... they never responded in whatsapp. Finally I had to call and get it confirmed about my advance booking...Also, Surya was telling me that I should have paid advance payment for confirmed reservation, as if i refused to pay when they asked. During advance booking, they never said or asked about advance payment. I would have paid if asked...How do we know about their process? He also said someone else in the other shift booked it which he wasn't aware of it. How do we be responsible for the communication gap between them? Pathetic checkin experience. Room condition also was not good, not clean and spacious enough...I was a regular customer for MP Temples Inn and used to stay for a week every year when I come to Kumbakonam for Temples visit. When room is unavailable in Temples Inn, I used to book in Residency. I would never book with either of them hereafter...Worst customer treatment...

Very worst service...inspite of having booking online ,they gave out room to other without informing us. After asking about booking they denied we does not have any dealing with agora. Plz don't book this property

Rooms are old and damaged, not cleaned, bathroom doors are broken, Not Suitable for Family, we cancelled for second day due to mosquito.

Hotel is inside some street which is congested area. However car parking place is available and rooms are not that clean and hygiene wise it is not good. Budget friendly and single person can stay here. Not suitable for family people.
