Indian Imperial restaurant

If you have any other option please go for it in Kumbakonam. The staff quality is pathetic, the rooms are just OK. You have to request for each and everything(Water, Towel, Dental Kit, Wifi, TV setting) and the worst thing is the charges for food in their restaurant(one wheat porata Rs.120/- per piece), killing isn't it? They buy the ready to eat for Rs.100/ per 5 or 10 pieces and sell at 120 per piece.....loot. If it is a mistake they should refund the extra money charged

The room are very small and narrow. It seems like a lodge with fancy fixtures. No proper room service. No hot water. Not safe for women.

Very excellent good service and nice. Nice stay rooms were clean and neat...... good food and taste super all the staffs were very polite and helpfull especially restaurant..., Will recommend my friends and relatives........ Surely will visit next time......

The ambience at indian imperial Restaurant is cozy, perfect for a casual night. The service was friendly, making the experience even better. I had the coconut crusted prawn and it was absolutely delicious, with just the right balance of flavor. The dessert was a great end to the dinner. Overall, a fantastic spot for casual dining highly. You can adjust it based on your experience. THANK YOU

The rooms are okay. Clean. The key cards were not working perfectly. It required another dummy card. The sounds from all the rooms can be heard throughout the hotel, which doesn't provide privacy. We checked in around 10 pm and checked out around 9am in the morning.

Got cheated by the staff. Receptionist interacted are Vijay & Edwin.They cheated 6000Rs. Not providing refund for amount getting transferred twice in Gpay. Not attending the call also. Very harsh behaviour by the staff. Transferred the amount second and as they mentioned amount was not received and they told of amount received twice they will provide refund. But they are not providing. We also have call recording confirmation where the receptionist has confirmed that the refund will be done. This is 100% not a false review. If you are mentioning it to be false review pls show the evidence. As mentioned we are filing a legal police / consumer complaint. As you already did done call and request to delete the review.(we have call recording for the same)

Cheater making false promise for refund. Looting money, very unprofessional behaviour by Edwin and Vijay Calling to delete the review. if you are genuine refund the amount.You asked me to send the amount again saying the 6000 was not received at first place. If the you are saying we had asked for extension pls provide evidence.

Such a beautiful food and especially al faham chicken tender and juicy. Had a great experience.
