It's like living in a Palace or museum or monument or resort all together. Good hospitality, very friendly staff, amazing ambience, traditional rooms with modern facilities, beautiful display of artefacts. On the whole great ambience. There's so much to explore inside the resort itself. Food is simply superb. They have events. The restaurant and the open dining space is beautifully arranged. You can see many antiques all over the hotel place. Swings, play areas for children, they can also play with pet animals. You can see many peacocks amidst the lushy trees. It's wheelchair Accessible , separate toilets and restrooms are also available. Liked the collections very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family trip and felt right at home during our stay. The children had a wonderful time in the swimming pool and loved the pumpset bath. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was clean and tidy, and we were especially impressed by the warm welcome we received from the front office staff. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious dishes that we loved. We will certainly visit again in the future.

The welcome garland, drink and foot massage on entry sets the tone for how pampered you will feel during your stay. This is one of those places which you have to visit to experience rather than read someone elses experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent two-night stay at your hotel. The Mint Palace Building has a truly unique and charming character.||Our room was cool and spacious, and we especially loved the large balcony, which provided a relaxing outdoor space. The presence of the peacocks, goats, cows, ducks, puppies, and cats added a unique touch to the atmosphere, though we did note their vocalizations.||The staff were consistently charming and helpful throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated.||The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of live counters, with both continental and Indian cuisine, which was a delightful surprise.||Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were particularly impressed by the attentiveness and eagerness of your staff.

A must experience destination for any lover of traditional Indian culture, or serious eco tourist. Rich with information, this is one of the most well thought through and maintained properties. Steve Borgia has done a truly great service to the history and culture of Kumbakonam and surrounding areas, showcasing the magic of the past whilst creating inspiration for the future.

The best spot in kumbakonam... one should never miss this place... I thoroughly enjoy every time... the support and the care really feels home... heritage rooms reminds our grand parents place... palace suits makes feels like king and queen... amazing people to experience the real hospitality... the intricate designing of this entire resort is mindblowing... always makes me to come back again.....
