Hotel Raya's

The hotel is in a nice location with ample car park with a variety of restaurants nearby. The rooms are big and clean and the room service is of the top quality and they are very nice and helpful people. I really enjoyed my stay with my family at Hotel Raya's

Great chain of hotels with branches near by. Reception was open late in the evening to offer a seamless check in. Rooms are large and spacious. Clean toilets. Well functioning ac in the room. Stayed on the second floor and there was no noise from the street etc.

BEWARE of rat smell in hot water tap I was a regular customer to this hotel and I used to love place ,we had the worst experience this time bathrooms needs more service and the water in the hot water tap is stinking with a dead rat smell and even after telling them multiple times they haven't cleaned the tank as the hotel was full , they aren't bothered about the customers and when complained one of the lady at the reception says us to adjust for one day we had booked 3 rooms 2 days initially 1 room had the issue and we shifted to another hotel , slowly the next day other 2 room taps also started stinking and that reception last one bothered ,has lots of attitude and asks everyone to adjust she doesn't know to respect customer and she never thinks from our side just money minded girl she assumes she is over talented in making money she should remember some day when she goes along with her family with kids she would face this kind of issue, they didn't provide the bill for one of the room which was vacated earlier but they haven't taken the money for that room with 10% discount for that rat stinking smell ,,, BEWARE people lastly I appreciate the security who always helps people and does his duty well. Please teach your receptionist (that one lady)to speak with manners and put in other shoes while the other ladies were speechless and they stood at least hearing the issue with no proper solution

Stay experience is good. Service is also good. Location is the major convenience. Everything is available in walking distance, like small eateries, veg restaurant, convince stores, fruits and local snacks. Some temple also in walking distance. Rooms are a little small but comfortable. Bathrooms are clean.

Excellent hotel in the center of town with easy access to temples, food and shopping. The bathroom also has a fan and the closet too a mini small fan. The founder Raya was a generous man and his loyal employee has also opened a cafe near the hotel.

The auto stand infront of the hotel does not allow other Auto's to come in. The people in auto stand charge high for all the rides. The hotel staff were also unable to do anything against these guys. Giving 2 star as these spoil the overall experience

Everything is good. Clean and neat... Service also good... But * in midnight room service guys are talking loudly outside that's little disturbed ......*
