Hotel MSM Grand

The room is good but Mosquitoes and rats are there even in A/C rooms.

Very close to busstand and railway station Rooms are very neat

room was stinky old. Service was so bad pillows and bed was so dirty and stinky.Had a horrible expereince, will not recommend this place

Hotel MSM Grand is very close to the city and outstation bus stand. Almost adjacent to it is a market. Check in was smooth and the room was clean. Good place in Kumbakonam if you are looking for a centrally located, convenient stay.

Very near by to the old bus stand. Staffs are so polite. The main problem is, the bed corner was not cleaned. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay. Even we will get a good food, because more hotels are near by such as Aaryaas, Saravana Bhava, Anjappar, etc

Rooms were good but unfortunately bath room bath tap and wash basin tap not functioning due to eroded high class model Jaguar. They arranged alternate room luckily.

Reception man speech in not good

I stayed there on 15-12-2014. my room number 105. They didn't clean the room when i was check in.They given me a check out room without cleaning. Flesh is not working in the toilet. I made the complaint to the front office manger. He is ignore my co plaint. He didn't take as serious. His colleague and himself think about tips more than their service.It is not worthable for our money. My kind request is, Please avoid this hotel for stay at kumbakonam.
