Hotel Eswara Temple Stay

The hotel was located in a very narrow road where cars cannot go easily... The ample car parking space they said is a lie... Only 3 cars can be parked at max The guy in reception is useless.. He dint explain any rules are amenities available.. They dint provide any basic things like blankets.. Soap or towels... There was no lift on this hotel... There was no telephone or anything to contact reception, so every time I had to run up and down... They control the main power for AC and water heater seperetely... They will turn it on only if requested... But they got the AC room money upfront... The working staff is completely mannerless... Disturbed us several times to park the car in different slot.. Even though they dint have any other cars coming in at the night...

Extremely disappointing experience. We had booked an AC room, but the air conditioner wasn't working. The staff casually mentioned they had misplaced the remote. The mattresses were old and unclean, making the stay far from hygienic. If cleanliness is important to you, I'd strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Although car parking is available, the space is very limited. Be prepared for frequent disturbances as they either knock on your door asking for your car key or request you to move your vehicle.

Good location in town. Walkable to many temples(5 to 6 temples within 1km) But the quality of AC has to improve its very minimal for the large room given. My assumption is it needs a 2 ton AC for such a room with 3 cot The TV was not functioning( but was informed)

Rooms are very neat and spacious and family friendly. Staff is very cooperative and courteous. In very close proximity to major places and easily approachable. Parking sometimes seems to be a bit hectic if you are unlucky when the hotel is occupied. But, you can park your car nearby given it's a small town.

Very good stay for the family. Very close to Kumbakonam Main temples, walkable distance. Car parking available and neat rooms, beds, restrooms. Suite rooms are very comfortable for families. Stay doesn't provide food, but there are very decent restaurants available very close to the rooms so affordable and good choice for budget friendly family trips to Kumbakonam.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eswara Temple Stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was exceptional, staff members were very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. The hotel is ideal for families, offering a clean and comfortable environment. All kovils (temples) are within walking distance, making it very convenient for devotees. While the hotel can only provide basic water, bed and electricity supply, couple of serious issues for elderly people especially 1. No lift service, we were given a room in 3rd floor after a long and strenuous journey 2. No hot water geyser, they even failed to deliver electric heating coil 3. No railing support for stairs, people could literally fall down and have grave injuries 4. Advance payment for booking, complete payment before check in, and no return of cancellation amount upon disagreement Please be careful before checking in to such places
