Spacious A/c room for couple, Maintenence work went when we stayed. Receptionist Mr.Elavarasan supported for room booking

Worst hotel. . . Toilet always has a bad smell. . The only good things is location. .very worst maintaince. .

This is the worst experience I have ever had from the receptionist he don't have the patience to listen what am saying. As am travelling from Chennai to Kumbakonam on a personal work . Unfortunately work postponed for next day. So for an emergency stay I visited but this hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guy were worst and indifferent.. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. So be careful with the receptionist and hotel owner kindly consider this review . If you are not willing to provide proper hospitality then what is the purpose of running a business and for what concern ???

Good area. Good car parking need some maintenance work. Mattress need to be changed at the earliest by this management. Very good & expert staff members. Good reception. Next this hotel insect & flys are more. To prevent this this place is extraordinary hotel

Worst hotel. Bathroom door doesn't have a latch, room was okay but a damp smell always. This hotel seems like it's built for mosquitoes to have a peaceful home. A 100 mosquitos were there in the washroom and at least a 50 in the room. Definitely not recommended for humans.

I would not suggest it if you travel with family. I booked a room for 4, but there was a single fan that rotates at very low speed. Charging ports weren't working & bathroom taps were leaking. Only plus of the hotel is the location.

Very worst hotel to stay. We booked triple AC room, first we entered the room, we noticed bad smell. Bathroom door was unable to close properly, we reported to hotel management to change our room. They told us that they could check & arrange another room. After that we remained once again, they simply told that all rooms were full, we are unable to do anything. As its AC room, we switched on the AC, its not properly working unable to change the temperature of the room. Purposefully hotel management has done not to change, so due to high chillness we are unable use AC. Bathroom door also unable to close properly, room was full of bad smell. No ventilation in our room, we felt really bad in our stay, as its hotel at least they have to maintain properly. Hotel watchman rudely asking money at the time of taking our vehicle from hotel (at a time of check out). Totally our stay was horrible at this hotel.

Situated in a good location, nearby temples, shops, bus stand and railway station. But...Maintenance is poor, rest room water facilities are not properly stocked and maintained. Lift full of mosquitoes, not worth for 1400/- single occupant for one night stay
