Good and decent hotel. We took room for 1 day stay, was good and very near to mofussil bus stand. While booking remember that no parking for any vehicle and no lift also. Remaining those two points room is fine for connecting to many different places,since near to mofussil bus stop.

I was stayed 1 day but is not good, No hot water No proper service Even ded is not good, taken 1400 for 1 night stay. Only benifit it's beside bus stand. You will find no of lodges with below price in the same area of hotel primises, I strongly recommend don't use this lodge

I want to discuss both the good and bad things about the hotel. Bad thing is hotel cleanliness, service guy charge you extra 100rs tips when leaving hotel even though he didn't do any service for us, broken devices kept like tv remote and stuff, stairs with no handle, mosquitos problems at night, birds sounds and noises etc... Good things are like location, it is very closer to bus stand and you even you can pick auto easily, restaurants are nearby, hot water availability on bathrooms, bathroom cleanliness is fine, for that price they are trying to provide rooms.its ok need improvements on services.

Horrible experience. Landed up there with a fully prepaid booking. Only wanted freshen up after reaching kumbakonam by a morning train. We had called the hotel and asked whether they can allow a day-booking but they insisted on booking and paying for one night (which we did). We had booked two rooms and upon reaching in the morning they say they had allotted the rooms to others. We were four friends and basically needed two bathrooms. After much confusion, they allotted just one double room with AC (we didn't need ac or bed, only needed bathrooms to freshen up). They didn't even provide toiletries and refused any refund. Basically we ended up paying for two rooms for one night - just for an hour of stay in one room.

One of the worst experiences so far.Staff is very unruly and worst service. Not even provide towel, bedsheets etc even though it was written in facilities while booking.When we asked the staff reluctantly gave old towels.Room were not clean.The was an outdated very noisy windows AC.Never recommended this hotel.Only advantage is the hotel is very near the bus stand.

I came for temple visit. Nice rooms and service also good. Just next to Bus stand so easy to connect all the location. Only thing outside of hotel it's full of urine smell. So that need to be stopped.

Don't go. There is no lift. If you book through on line you will be allotted only third floor. Room ambience can be improved. Mirror to be replaced pls

Don't waste money and time. It's a place of not visited wishlist ever. When you enter the reception, the atmosphere is fine. But, except that the smell feels like the hospital. Don't go and visit with an aged person due to the lift facility not there.
