Hotel Royal Park

This property is very nearby to temple that's all , else all other thinks like service, hospitality, room cleaness, are worst.. Toiletries not provided, for 1 room 1 towel provided , how come 2 persons manage. 1 Towel? Not worth for money ,1900/ room which is very costly when compared when chennai OYO rooms, even kumbakonam itself we get Rs.1400 for double rooms ,

A decent stay, the receptionist was polite and provided the tariff pamphlet when inquired about various rooms and charges - which clearly mentioned the prices for both ac and non-ac. The room was clean, hot water was available, soaps, towel and water bottles were already present in the room when we checked-in.

Very very small size rooms that too AC room.....not worth for money. People my kind advise please do not choose this hotel. Not worth for money

Room is good and ac is in good condition but no boys to carry lauggage and want to change bathroom bucket it is very small. Other that is good... Very nearer to temple..

The room stay was average and not worth the price they charge. Bathrooms were so dirty and not been deep cleaned for ages. I informed the manager that how important is to maintain a bathroom for the guests but his body language was very casual and not taking it seriously. Not good stay for someone who is particular about cleanliness

Average experience. Room was clean anf good with Air Conditioner. However, water supply was disrupted for 3 hours due to unforeseen circumstances. They arranged a 20 litres can of water till the supply was restored. The drawback is the Check In Check Out time. They said 9 PM Check In even though we actually checked in at 7.20 AM the next day. And we were asked to vacate by 9 PM and gave a grace time of 30 mins. So we had to vacate by 9.30 PM and pay for two full days (48 hours) even though we had bern there only for 38 hours. This is disappointing, unfortunate and not very hospitable.

Pathetic service. They don't have enough employees to manage the rooms and the mess. They are very keen in getting the money only. Apart from that service is horrible. Not even speaking in a polite way. I don't have worst word than Pathetic. Never stay here

The room my parents stayed had stinking bed sheet which might be washed long time ago, heater was not working, ac had no remote, fan speed was very slow. Why are you guys running this so called hotel if you are not able to provide even basic amenities. 3k per night is definitely not worth this treatment. Worst.
