M.G.M Palace

It's good but one thing I don't like is everytime when Housekeepers cleans Room they will Ask Tea / Coffee Money and Second thing they don't change bed cover , wash room WC flesh is not working,water linkage in the hand wash

Stayed 3 nights for my quick visit in Krishnagiri. The location is good as it's very closed to all the major locations. The room is quiet good (single bed room) and very clean and comfortable. The quality of breakfast is great standard. Staff are all very friendly and welcome to answer all my questions with smile. Even it's an old style hotel, it's quite cool with special design facilities (e.g. The elevators). The space at hotel lobby is also sufficient for visitors to stay and take a short break (I spent some times there after I check-out due to flight cancelled by strike). Highly recommended for solo travellers and family. A very convenient location because all the attractions were at a walking distance. Very budget friendly hotel with decent rooms and a good breakfast spread. The staff were very nice and friendly. Enjoyed staying there.

Budget friendly rooms are available. Premises and rooms were maintained well, though there is no lift but the low-rise staircase is making it easy to go up and down. Room boys are always available to get things from shop for us. Car parking is another advantage to us.

Worst experience..We booked 4 bedded room and found that the A/C not working properly.The manager agreed to change the room to 2 double bedded rooms but demanded extra amount as per the tariff though it was not our fault..But alas..AC in one of the newly allotted rooms was also not working. We have no other go,but to stay as it was late night..Next morning when we checked out,the manager demanded extra amount and we paid the same as he cried by telling that if we didn't pay, the same will be deducted from his salary.. Above all they didn't give bill or receipt despite our demand..A nightmarish experience and I don't recommend anyone to stay here..

This hotel is situated in the heart of the town. Larger rooms , with simple facilities. AC rooms are available in first floor and Non AC rooms are available in the second floor. No lift. No restaurant is available in the property. Good for one night stay.

MGM place Worst experiences A/C not working properly.The manager demanded extra amount and we I don't recommend anyone to stay here.. worst hotel

Had a very bad experience faced here. geyser is not working properly they removed the heat level Button in the geyser. Suffered in bathing at early morning. And when we ordered a tea for 4 Members I'm shocked when they said the bill amount. For 4 tea they charged me 100rs ..

It was good for the location but personally felt that this place required a lot of maintenance. The taps were mostly leaking and better tv sets would have done this place a lot of good. But having said that it might not be a wise idea to expect city like amenity in a non city area so I will leave it to the reader to decide on the same.
