Alps Residency

Clean and tidy, non-smoking rooms, good sumptuous complimentary breakfast, well trained staff, ample car parking, convenient location. Was here for 1 night. Housekeeping assistant Guru was helpful & courteous. Mr. Arunachalam in the front office was helpful too. Value for money. Clean EWC bathrooms, Good centralized AC.

Had a pleasant evening at Alps , celebrated birthday party at the Accord hall, communication and pre booking the hall was easy. Ordered food for 8 of us after rhe party, everything was good, washroom are clean, lot of parking space, location is easy to find and easily accessible to all nearby areas and located at the highway. Had visited this place ten years ago, it was much cleaner then, i suggest , they make the place cleaner like those days. Cheers.

1. Room 219 is too close to the highway. So, traffic noise. They should install sound proof windows for such rooms. Next time, I will ask for a room further away from the road. 2. A dustbin is available only in the bathroom. One bin is needed in the room as well.

Excellent stay with very helful and co-operative staff going beyond their duty especially the front desk who assisted us in quick check-in.

Had an average stay at Alps. The room had a lot of mosquitoes, which was quite uncomfortable. Breakfast options were limited, and dinner was just okay.

Had a great stay at Alps. Staff are very cooperative. Especially the restaurant manager Mr. Janardan. Would definitely refer to friends. Thank you.

Worst experience and horrible service. No proper tariff card, each staff telling different rates. Better will take mail communication from management side. Every vegetables shop having rate board. But this lodge doesnt have rate card. Horrible service
