I booked directly with the number in Google, very good response from the residency. It's worth the price. situated in main road , snacks and food are able to get nearby. Neat and clean room. Very luxury in this price range. Have a cupboard and chairs. The main thing is water bottle placed inside the room. Also they have safe parking section aside. Beach view from 2nd floor is good and backside we can see plenty of peacocks. Also it's a place for watching sunset too. Thanks Completely satisfied, keep up your good work!!

Excellent, especially the staffs are friendly with high courtesy. View of sunrise is extraordinary with a sea view, room is elegant and carries toiletries. Highly suggest both families & business travellers.

Guys, These reviews apart, if u have a chance of travelling near mimisal or kottaipatinam u can surely come to this lodge, extreme cleaniness, spacious rooms and u will be amazed after hearing the prices Iam damn sure that rooms of this condition if located in city areas they will charge 3000 per room
