V Resorts Kotagiri

Much recommended for family gatherings . kids had a lot in outdoor games. Enjoyed Swimming pool with fresh water . No dirt and beaching powder smell.. The night view of the resort was so beautiful.

It was an excellent stay all over in a wooden cottage kind off... We enjoyed our 1 night stay with food and nice weather. Whatever we order staff will prepare and serve without even any hesitation. Staffs was really very much polite and behaved well. We enjoyed a lot with my wife,son and my two friends with lots of chit chats. One suggestion from our side is do not use mobile phones, gadgets and any other social medias as it will waste your life and time instead of enjoying... We are planning one more time to visit. We loved our stay here. The resort offers an amazing view of surrounding tea estates. You can spend whole day by simply sitting at the resort. It is situated in a very calm and quiet place. The major plus points of this resort are Food and the friendly hotel staff. The food quality is amazing. The road leading to this resort is very adventurous. The steep narrow stretch calls for expert driving skills.

I was a little sceptical reading the reviews regarding the approach road to the resort, but they have cleared that issue and it can be easily accessed even in hatchback cars too. Its a very small property having 4 rooms, two luxury rooms ground and two wooden rooms on the first floor. I must say, stay in wooden rooms with a splendid view, great hospitality, home like food was a wonderful experience. We stayed only for one night that is not recommended because you won't feel like leaving the place once you are in there... Strongly recommended..

A scenic and mind soothing place, away from hectic and busy life. A place close to nature with scintillating view of tea gardens and mountains. All facilities were amazing with special mention of homely food. A perfect destination for family, friends and near n dear ones. The bonfire in the garden adds to the quality and festive time on cold nights with great music. A must visit place.

This is not a resort. It is a small building adjoining a tea plantation. It might have still been worth it a few years ago. But now with the construction of school, the view is disturbed. The property is also of poor build and even poorly maintained. The wooden rooms may still be slightly better. Do not choose the villa rooms. The breakfast served was tasty but dinner was not good. The only good thing about this place may be that it is a little away from Ooty which is pathetically crowded. The managers are quite nice people but the place completely lacks a professional look. Not worth the price.

They have set up the resort in a very calm and serene location. But the house keeping team has no idea of what they are doing and what they are supposed to do. Management too gave vague responses when we questioned. Although they improved a bit after complaining. Room amenities, forget it, there is not even an intercom to call. There's no laundry, no reception, we did not even do a formal check in.... Food is OK OK. I gave 3 stars only for the location.

It is little difficult to locate the property, the manager karthick will stand in the location to pick u . Once you reach the property you will forget about all . The view from the resort is wow, the wooden rooms with decoration is awesome , 100% homely food , service is perfect. What I need more than this. Enjoyed the trip overall. The manager will drive your car if u feel difficult on resort road . He helped me out in that also. Good resort good manager good staffs.
